Thuy - Best Tour Guide
We had an amazing experience on the Hidden Gems of Old Hoi An tour with Thuy! My friend and I absolutely loved exploring the Old Town with her. Thuy is incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about the history, local factory owners, and the origins and processes behind the food we tried. Her kindness, passion, and attention to detail made the whole experience so memorable. We’re so grateful to have created such special memories with her. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hoi An – it’s a must-do! Thank you, Thuy, for such a wonderful day. We’ll always remember it 🤍

Learned a lot about Vietnam! 🇻🇳
Great experience! Our tour guide Ms. Ha was amazing! She really taught us about the history of both Marble Mountain and Hoi An as well as Vietnam as a whole. She took a lot of pictures of my partner and I, as well as gave us recommendations for shopping spots and more. Mr. Ling our driver was also super nice! Highly recommend this tour cause she also go at your own pace 😊

Sumptuous Cooking Tour
Cruise the day on a local boat ride 45mins to Grandma's Island with Thom *answering all our questions along the way. We heard about the locals shrimp & mullet farming. On the Island we walked 5mins to a tropical outdoor setting. A delicious Welcome drink on arrival (today was fresh passionfruit). A well organized day full of food, laughter and learning. We hand made our own rice pan cakes filled them with traditional Vietnamese cuisine and dipped in local dipping sauces. We made delicious spring rolls... and made a Vietnamese salad with pawpaw and prawns. There were Vegan and Vegetarian options for each dish. We finished with the Tuna fish Claypot served with rice. Grandma's kitchen shared a taste of their traditional Vietnamese pumpkin soup and an interesting desert. You will definitely not go hungry on this sumptuous tour.

Brilliant afternoon
We chose the afternoon class and were picked up from our hotel. Escorted by Chef Hai we had a visit to the local market and then back to the cooking school. The food we made was tasty and Chef Hai made the steps simple to follow. Overall an enjoyable afternoon out.

Hailed as one of the country’s culinary capitals, Hoi An is the ideal place to master the basics of Central Vietnam’s distinctive cuisine, which fuses Southeast Asian and French styles. Sure, you could just feast on bahn mi and cao lau—but cooking classes in Hoi An teach you traditional Vietnamese cooking techniques and offer more insight into the local culinary culture than you’d get from dining at a restaurant alone. These classes often include a visit to a local market, a tour of a farm, and even a ride in a basket boat, for the ultimate epicurean experience.
