This artistic experience invites you to discover Nice through the observation sketch in an exceptional setting on the Castle Hill. Accompanied by a professional painter, participants learn to capture the lines, shapes and atmosphere of Nice landscapes through a simple and accessible approach. Unlike a classical painting course, the workshop favours spontaneous and easy-to-hand sketching techniques, even without artistic experience. In a small group and in a relaxed atmosphere, everyone progresses at their own pace while enjoying the panoramic views of the Bay of Angels and Old Nice. This activity combines creativity, relaxation and local immersion to offer an authentic and original moment away from traditional sightseeing.

Experience Nice in a unique way by combining culture, discovery & creativity, and even gastronomy as an option. Your experience begins with a guided walking tour through the heart of Nice. As you stroll through the charming streets of the Old Town and the picturesque Port district, you'll discover the city's rich history, local traditions, architecture and hidden stories. The journey continues with a private watercolor workshop led by Alesia, a talented local artist partly trained in Nice. Complete your experience with a tasting of authentic Niçoise specialties at La Socca du Port, where you'll enjoy traditional flavors in a warm atmosphere. This experience combines sightseeing, creativity and local gastronomy, leaving you with unforgettable memories and your own handmade souvenir.

I will show you our vineyard and my studio and then we will go and paint outside in the vines. If the weather is bad we will work indoors. I work in all different mediums, pastel, gouache, oil and charcoal. I will show you how to expand your approach to working outdoors and help with all aspects of your painting / drawing technique.
