We explore historic cafés, taverns, osterias, trattorias, and enotecas loved by Florentines, where nobles, artists, and thinkers once gathered. Starting at the historic Caffè Rivoire and other iconic cafés, we cross the legendary Ponte Vecchio and continue to traditional wine bars such as Pitti Gola e Cantina, plus hidden gems and historic markets still alive with authentic Florentine atmosphere.
We taste traditional foods like lampredotto, Tuscan crostini, schiacciata, and local wines (at your own expense). How the Medici family shaped European gastronomy, turning dining into a symbol of art, beauty, and culture.
