Great Massages!!

This customer service is top notch!! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on this Virgin Voyage Brilliant Lady Cruise & first to Ensenada. So through Viator I booked us massages. We had such a relaxing and aromatherapy massage. It was wonderful. Jimma was fantastic so I would highly recommend this service. After leaving the ship, the directions were very easy and we met our fan at the designated spot - less than 5 min walk. Our driver was very nice and helpful and recommended places we could go after our massage and dropped us off in downtown for shopping.

We had the best time exploring Ensenada with Alex! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide. From the start, he made everything feel easy and tailored just for us. He was super attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It never felt like a tour more like being shown around by someone who genuinely cared about us having a great time. And on top of that, he made the whole day really fun. Great energy, great stories, and just an all round good vibe. Safe to say, Ensenada was a hit largely because of him. Highly recommend this to anyone, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend going the private tour guide route. Our guide, Dylan, was delightful. We fired lots of questions at him in order to learn as much about the area as possible. Dylan even offered to help us negotiate with the vendors at the La Bufadora market if we wanted.

Highlight of our Trip! Great for families, kids of all ages!

What a GREAT time! Osmar and his crew took excellent care of us, incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable of Ensenada! A local family experience! Las Canadas is an amazing area (it’s huge), full of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The shuttle was very clean and comfortable. You can spend the whole day here! Highly recommend doing the zip line and all of the suspension bridges and enjoy the local Mexican fare! We traveled with three teenagers and they loved doing this! 5 stars all around!

This was by far the best excursion! We absoulutely loved our driver Erick! He was very personable and taught us so much. The ziplining was the most fun we have ever had and we have ziplined several other times! The bufadora was fun to see. We had such an incredible time on this excursion! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our driver was very friendly and gave us lots of good information! Even took us around town and we stopped at an amazing taco local place. Our instructor was absolutely fantastic so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do.. We felt confident and well-prepared thanks to the clear instructions and strong emphasis on safety throughout the ride. The ATV riding itself was AMAZING! The scenery was breathtaking, with beautiful views all around that made the adventure even more memorable. It was the perfect mix of thrill and natural beauty. The winery was very nice, and the staff was great. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable and relaxing. We will absolutely be recommending this excursion to our friends and family, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

Great choice for Ensenada trip

SO much offered in this excursion! It's private, so you can tell the driver to take you somewhere, if you have time. Our driver Armando was so kind and a great driver. He showed us lots of Ensenada and we enjoyed it so much! At La Bufadora, there are lots of vendors selling goods, they will try to persuade you, so if you are not comfortable with that, maybe skip La Bufadora, but we had a good time. Worth the money and time! Excellent communication from the team and I felt very safe.

You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing experience!! Our tour guide, I believe his name is Juan Carlos was fabulous, we told him what we wanted to see and do after the Pai Pai experience and he made it happen. No problem. Pai Pai is absolutely AMAZING - animal experience like NO OTHER. I wish I could visit everyday! La Bufadora and the shopping along the way was really neat as well. Definitely can’t wait to return!!
