Seem to have dealt with alot of companies on this trip; Tangol, Gigantes Patagones, and the tour operator on the day seemed to be Tiempolibre who supplied the coaches and tour guide. Prompt pickup at my hotel and a bus feeder transfer to a coach outside El Calafate. Was booked to do the optional boat ride at 10AM with balcones after. You can also buy the park ticket at the park entrance 45,000 ars with cash or card. Toilet breaks along the way, and there is a Cafe at the glacier centre. After getting our boat tickets we were then told the boat had departed, and the boat was cancelled until 1PM. So we did the balcones first. No big deal. Stunning glacier and good narration in English. I would recommend this trip.

This was a unique experience to get up close and into a glacier. Our guides Matti and Johnny were amazing, helping all of us up and down the steep parts! Taking pictures in all the really picturesque spots. It was so well organized , even tea and coffee after completing the trek. There was an awesome surprise at the end of the trek which you’ve got to do the trek to find out!!

We loved it, the horses are very experienced, look after you and take you on a ride along the tracks in the hills above Lake Argentina. The views are stunning, the lake, the snow capped mountains and the Patagonian steppes. The guides are very good, they pick a horse for you, give a little briefing on how to ride if you are inexperienced and also good company on the ride. Afterwards we had a cooked meal in their restaurant and then dropped off back in town. A memorable experience for us on our tour of Argentina.

A wonderful excursion and a very accessible way to experience the glacier. Seeing it from the boat and during an easy hike makes the whole experience very special. One of the highlights is stopping to watch the glacier calving… it is an incredible and unforgettable moment.

The experience was amazing. Absolute would recommend. Staff were friendly and very informative. The views were stunning, they give you ample time in front of each glacier they take you to see so you can truly enjoy it and take in the magnificent views. The food was good but the dessert was amazing. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had a lovely trip. Everything was well-organized and the hotels we stayed at were all excellent (superior category). The breakfast was included every day and was very good. Our included day excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier was spectacular and we felt we had sufficient time to really see it. Our full-day tour of Torres del Paine was also fantastic. This is mostly a van tour with stops. There's a little bit of walking, no hiking. Take note that there is a lot packed in this Patagonia tour, which meant for us that there was not as much time at each place as we would have liked. It's all detailed in the description, so we knew that before booking. But sometimes it's hard to really know until you're on the tour, which is why I'm sharing here. Another thing to take into account is that the travel between El Calafate and Puerto Natales is a very long bus ride, with two border controls which just add more time to the trip. It could be that it's the only way to travel between the two places, but be prepared for a lot of sitting.

Excellent day cruise. The whole day is planned perfectly. Breathtaking views through out the trip. We took the disembark option and it was totally worth it. We are vegetarians and the lunch was very good. Professional photographer onboard is very friendly and he took amazing pictures!

Such a great experience! Boat ride to view the glacier from a distance but up real close to huge icebergs, quick tour of the Estancia Cristina museum, and an amazing lunch in a beautiful setting. Then the highlight, a 4x4 drive and little hike to the viewpoint overlooking Upsala Glacier. Friendly staff and incredible views. Recommended.
