We loved it, the horses are very experienced, look after you and take you on a ride along the tracks in the hills above Lake Argentina. The views are stunning, the lake, the snow capped mountains and the Patagonian steppes.
The guides are very good, they pick a horse for you, give a little briefing on how to ride if you are inexperienced and also good company on the ride.
Afterwards we had a cooked meal in their restaurant and then dropped off back in town.
A memorable experience for us on our tour of Argentina.

We loved it, the horses are very experienced, look after you and take you on a ride along the tracks in the hills above Lake Argentina. The views are stunning, the lake, the snow capped mountains and the Patagonian steppes.
The guides are very good, they pick a horse for you, give a little briefing on how to ride if you are inexperienced and also good company on the ride.

Very organized pick up and excursion. Horses were very well trained and of good temperament. Very scenic views and highly recommend the evening tour to view the sunset with a hearty dinner afterwards. Guides are very helpful and great for riders of all experience level.

So glad we booked this- the horses are beautiful and clearly well looked after. The guides super friendly and knowledgable. The scenery was spectacular- amazing views of the lake, mountains, seeing Torres del Paine in the distance was magical. The sunset trip added to the stunning views. Finished with tasty dinner.

This experience was the opportunity to take in the scenery from a unique perspective: we climbed the hill and reached sensational viewpoints of the lake and surrounding plains and mountains. No need to have ridden a horse before: the whole experience is a walk, which may frustrate more experienced riders. The meal offered at the end of the experience was delicious and authentic. It was a perfect way to spend the afternoon in El Calafate. The scenery was beautiful, the horses were easy to ride for a beginner and the guides were fun and helpful. Definitely take the poncho they offer since it keeps you warm and comfortable on the horse.

Picked up at the hotel on time, friendly guides, fun slow horseback ride with a lot of patience for beginners, and will to accommodate advance riders (they let me and my daughter gallop at the end of the ride). Beautiful scenery, and nice tea with pastries at the end of the ride. Saw some foxes.

This is suitable for kids above 7. It was the first time for both of our kids and they didn't have any problems. There are multiple guides accompanying you to ensure things go smoothly. Our ride was in the late afternoon, which ended with tea/coffee/hot chocolate with baked snacks. We all thought this was one of the best activities we did during our 4 day stay in El Calafate.

We took the morning ride and got to watch the sunrise over the outskirts of El Calafate. Our guide, Luisina, was super friendly, spoke excellent English, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. We had plenty of freedom with the horses, and the views were absolutely stunning. Lunch was decent, though I was expecting a bit of meat given we were in the Argentine countryside. Overall, a very fun and memorable experience — definitely worth it!

A magical evening spent on horseback across a ranch in the hills of Patagonia followed by a good and filling dinner. Our guide, Isis, was wonderful! Multi-lingual, friendly, knowledgeable, and she even serenaded us with a song from her home culture! A beautiful way to see the sunset and the moon rise—life doesn’t get much better! The horses were calm, friendly, and knew exactly what to do on the trail.

A fascinating and fun experience. I realise that I might have been very privileged since due to wintertime the group was very small and very special, so this became a very personable experience. Nacho is a super friendly and knowledgable guy, Pitufo was a gorgeous (and very patient with me) horse, and the country-style lunch was delicious. 7 stars out of 5.

What a pleasant surprise! My friends and I didn't know what to expect, but it was a highlight of our trip to Patagonia! Henry and Lucas were amazing guides, the scenery was incredible (especially at sunset--highly recommend the 6:30 tour) and the meal afterward was delicious. A steal for the price!

We had a fantastic time horse riding from this ranch. The scenery was spectacular and the horses were in great condition and very placid. Our guide’s English was excellent which meant we could ask questions and learn about the ranch and the environment.
My partner had lunch which was quite basic but authentic and tasty. If I have one criticism, it would be the timings. We were picked up at 8.30 so had breakfast around 8. Riding was 9.45 - 11.15 and Lunch was served around 11.30 which felt much too early to eat a 3 course meal. Perhaps the ride could have started a bit later? If not …. Don’t eat a big breakfast !!!
