What are people saying about Edinburgh

Great day trip from Edinburgh
Our guide Shug was great, funny and knowledgeable. We saw some amazing scenery and landmarks, and the stops were spaced reasonably so we weren't on the bus for too long at any time. Even though the bus didn't have toilets we had no trouble finding places to go (important when traveling with kids). Callender for lunch was a great place to stop.

Keith was our guide and...
Keith was our guide and he did an excellent job! Very funny, engaging, and informative - you can really tell he loves what he does and that he has a lot of passion for Scottish history. While you do spend a lot of time on the bus, the stops are frequent enough that it doesn’t feel like too much. Overall, the tour was well organized and it’s a great way to experience the Scottish countryside in an efficient way.

Lovely way to spend a day!
A long day but absolutely beautiful chance to see another part of Scotland without renting a car. Enjoy all of the scenic views from inside the van and all the stops. Plenty of chances to get food, stretch, and use the facilities. A few surprises along the day that made it more than just getting to Loch Ness. Really great day!

Must do tour
Our full day in the Scottish Highlands was absolutely unforgettable. Brian, our tour guide, did a phenomenal job bringing the history and landscapes to life—his knowledge and storytelling made every stop even more meaningful. The highlight of the day was definitely visiting Doune Castle, followed by a lovely lunch in Inveraray. The scenery throughout the Highlands was breathtaking, with stunning views at every turn. It’s truly a must-see when you’re in Scotland. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the beauty and history of the Highlands in one day.

Edinburgh is near centuries-old castles and abbeys, scenic lochs and valleys, and many more sites that make perfect Edinburgh day trips. Get out to the Highlands to experience windswept landscapes and moody skies, and see if you can find the Loch Ness monster. Take a visit to neighboring coastal fishing villages and hear all about their history. Try some scotch on tasting tours, and get involved in some Scottish storytelling, too. There are plenty of preplanned Edinburgh day trips to keep you entertained.
