Learn to cook Peruvian with the best!!
We had a great cooking experience! Yohon, our chef and leader, first took us to the local market where we learned about breads, cheeses, fruits, veggies, chocolate and the many varieties of potatoes which are used in Peruvian cooking. We then returned to the kitchen and created a delicious meal of device, a traditional beef stir fry, stuffed peppers, and pisco sours. The group was fun and Yohon so knowledgeable. A great value.

An Unforgettable Machu Picchu Tour
Our family of four, including 2 teens, enjoyed a beautiful day exploring Machu Picchu. We received all of our tickets (train, bus, and site entrance) the night before and downloaded them to our phones. Communication from the tour company regarding the itinerary and transportation transfers was detailed so we felt prepared.
We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the train station (about a 25-minute shuttle van ride). We booked the Vistadome train and it was absolutely worth it! The large panoramic windows including glass panels in the ceiling allowed us to enjoy the scenic views throughout the ride. The train ride was about 3.5 hours which gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the scenery and the onboard entertainment of live music and dancing. Each passenger received a complimentary beverage (coffee, tea, or water) along with a snack box containing a granola bar, healthy chips, chocolate, and candy. Additional snacks and drinks were also available for purchase. Adult passengers each received a small bottle of pisco in a souvenir bag.
When we arrived at the Aguas Calientes train station, we were greeted by a transfer guide holding a sign with our name on it. She escorted us to the bus which took about 25 min to reach the Machu Picchu entrance.
At the sanctuary, we met our English-speaking guide, Hector, who was knowledgeable and personable. We ended up having a private tour which made the experience more enjoyable. Because we booked our tickets 3 months in advance, we were fortunate to secure Circuit 2 which includes the classic viewpoints and far more access to much of the citadel compared to Circuits 1 and 3. We were able to walk through the ancient ruins, which was an incredible experience. Hector shared fascinating stories about the history, architecture, and significance of Machu Picchu. He also took family photos for us and knew all the best locations for memorable pictures.
Our guided tour with Hector lasted about 2 hours. Afterward, we had a couple of hours before our return train which gave us time to enjoy a meal and browse the souvenir shops in the marketplace near the train station.
The return trip on the train was similar to the ride there with complimentary snacks and a souvenir. Instead of live music and dancing, the onboard entertainment featured a fun fashion show.
By the end of the day, we were exhausted from a 15-hour day from start to finish, but it was absolutely worth it. Visiting one of the new Seven Wonders of the World was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Incredible Experience
Fantastic Sacred Valley tour with Vidal! We visited the Maras Salt Mines, Ollantaytambo, and a local family who taught us about traditional alpaca wool production. Vidal was knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the history and culture of the region to life. One of the highlights of our trip to Peru—highly recommended!

Great tour, efficient way to get the highlights
This tour is well organized and hits all the major sacred valley highlights. It would be impossible to fit in any more. Despite packing so much in it didn’t feel rushed. The guide Arnold was very knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was great. My only criticism is I would cut the “silver workshop” at the end.

Best Tour of our Trip
What an amazing experience! Not enough words to describe what a wonderful tour this is. John was the best! So patient and helpful with the altitude acclimation. The lunch provided was above and beyond. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting the extra attention!

ATV Salt mines moray
Great experience! Joel was great and even got some videos of us which I fully appreciate as I always want those! Took some good photos as well! Loved that it was a small group. Loved that we had an hour on the ATV on the way to Moray and also on the way back! Was so fun! Great teaching as well with the not automatic ATV! Salt place was cool. Very informational on tour and perfect timing of just six hours. Bonus of a salt shop to buy the salt and taste some chocolate. Again Joel was AWESOME! Thank you!!!

Best cooking class ever
The chef was extremely talented and patient explaining and teaching. The trip to the market is really insightful and combines culture with exotic foods! The dishes you later make with them are extremely delicious and the desert of fresh fruits with chocolate was the cherry on top to send me home with the biggest smile. I loved it and would book this again next time i visit!

Rainbow Mountain
José is an amazing tour guide. He is very talkative and friendly. He picked the best time for the rainbow mountain, it starts to rain shortly after we start to descend. We didn’t bring any cash and he paid the entrance fee for us and we paid him when we are back in Cusco. He also took care of my friend when she had severe AMS, giving her meds and called a horse to carry her. We are very grateful for him and happy about the experience

Wonderful and Unique Experience!
We had such an amazing day collecting materials to dye with, learning about natural dyeing and learning how to weave by wonderful experts! Our interpreter was also incredibly knowledgeable about the material himself and had a great respect for the work the women do and the history of the craft. Travel to and from was smooth, and lunch was delicious!

Come very hungry!
The tour was amazing! The food was delicious and plentiful, and Flor was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the different local foods we tried and their preparation and histories. She was also extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with Cusco and communicated beautifully. There were many street foods as well as restaurant tastings. I highly recommend this tours and especially Flor!

Beautiful lake with stunning snow covered mountains in the background
This tour company took really good care of us. They gave us clear instructions the night before (be sure to have whatsapp on your phone). Pickup was on time and the transportation to and from the lake was smooth and orderly (during pickup, we had to wait 25 minutes for a group of six inconsiderate guests to get ready, which caused pickup of subsequent guests to be delayed, but that was not the tour company's fault).
The included breakfast and lunch were greatly appreciated and the food for good.
Once we got to the base of the mountain, we had to hike a ways to get to the horse stables. That portion of the hike is flat but the rest of the way up to Humantay Lake is quite steep so we decided to take some horses up the mountain (you can hike up yourself if you prefer). It cost 80 Soles for each horse, but beware that if you are a bit heavy, they may charge you extra. Note that the horses are managed by another outfit and this tour operator has nothing to do with the horses. The trek up the mountain was fine for a while but something spooked my horse and it bucked me off, causing me to fall on my back. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured. They gave me another horse and the rest of the ride up was uneventful. At the horse dropoff point, you still need to hike a little further to get to the Lake. Once you get there, the view is beautiful, with the turquoise color of the lake and the stunning mountain backdrop forming a great background for a gorgeous picture. On the way back, we hiked about halfway down the mounting and picked up a ride that took us all the way back to the bus parking area. This cost us 30 Soles per person. This was of course the easy way to do the tour but after doing Rainbow Mountain the day before, we were exhausted and appreciated having the easy option. You can of course walk the whole way back to the bus parking area if you prefer. Overall, our guide Bryan was wonderful (he was the one who arranged the ride back to the parking area). He kept track of everyone the whole way and was very patient. Overall, this was a very worthwhile experience and a great value for the buck. Finally, be sure to tip these guys. They work really hard for you. Enjoy!

Airport Pickup
Fernando was really nice and punctual. The vehicle was nice and very comfortable. I was concerned at first about my safety arriving very early in the morning in an unfamiliar place, but Fernando made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this service company again without a doubt.
