Excellent walking tour Monday 30th March
Our guide George was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He was friendly and enthusiastic. We learned lots about the history of Bath.

Best tour guide!
Jamie was an absolute charm! Loved his personality and his knowledge about bath. I appreciate his diligence in answering questions. Learned a lot and had so much fun. Jamie kept the whole group engaged the entire time. This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on.

Tops. Loved it
Jane was fabulous. Carefully counted heads frequently and made sure we didn’t lose anyone. Very knowledgeable of the area

Tour Guide George was great
Easy to find rep as had an umbrella and was stood outside the abbey. Great tour guide George who was very entertaining. What I would say is the Roman Baths tickets are straight after the tour and time is not negotiable. After a 2 hour walk around Bath I needed a break and there was no opportunity as we had a time slot. I would definitely book the tour but maybe book the roman bath separately. Both are worth doing.

Bath
Historic architecture of the Roman Baths in Bath.
  • The hot water that flows throughout the Roman Baths complex, via the Sacred Spring, is untreated, hence bathing is not allowed.

  • Wear sturdy shoes as the stone floors are uneven.

  • Audio guides are provided, and free tours take place hourly.

  • The complex is below street level, and features narrow walkways that may trigger claustrophobia.
