You can have the best of both worlds! After hiking through Curu we'll head to Tortuga Island and you may be lucky enough to see turtles, dolphins, and whales. Upon arrival at the white sandy beach which is ideal for swimming, you'll have the opportunity to go snorkeling (or you could just stay and enjoy the surf!). Offshore fishing is done from 20 to 40 miles offshore in deep water, where guests will find fish, such as Mackerel, Snapper, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, Black Tuna, Sailfish, and Marlin. Guests can take home all species except Marlin and Sailfish, which must be released.

Our main focus is the hunt for whales in season (2 seasons per year) and the enjoyment of marine life offered by this protected area, for example: turtles, dolphins, peses, various species of birds and more... We will also visit different specific points during the tour such as: The Whale Stone which is a natural bird sanctuary and where we will have a swimming time of approximately 25 minutes. The Caverns of Windows where you can observe impressive Natural Caves formed millions of years ago. Corcovado National Park is one of Costa Rica’s most important biological reserves and one of the most biodiverse places in the world (more than 2%). It is mainly done from San Pedrillo station, in case there is no availability of quotas or that, due to SINAC regulations it is not impossible to enter through this station, the tour will be offered from Campanario station, a sector of primary forest. Both stations offer very similar trails and an equally authentic experience within Corcovado National Park. During the tour Iras accompanied by certified naturalist guides who will give you detailed information along the walk.
