Thank you for an amazing experience!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Experience with Mrs. Vivi!
I had an incredible time on the Walking Ghost & History Tour with Mrs. Vivi. She was truly awesome — super knowledgeable, funny, and had this calm, welcoming presence that made the whole experience feel personal.
What I loved most was the one-on-one connection she naturally creates. It never felt rushed or generic; she really takes the time to talk with you, answer questions, and make the stories feel alive. Her energy, storytelling, and overall vibe made the tour both eerie and enjoyable in the best way.
If you’re in Colorado Springs, you have to book a tour with her. She’s a gem of a guide and makes the whole experience unforgettable.

Josh knows his ghosts!
Since we were the only three, my husband, son and myself, we had a very personalized tour. Josh met us on time and exactly as arranged. We began our tour with a history of the location where we stood…Josh’s recounting was full of lively characters and gave us the context of the area at the time. We continued down Market Street and on to Union Station where we heard several chilling stories of the ghosts that have been known to haunt that location. Then on to the Oxford Hotel with a colorful cast of spirits of its own! We ended in front of a speakeasy with a story of a mother’s tragic loss.
Josh added his own experiences as testimony to the manifestations of a certain elevator ghost! All very entertaining and informative, we enjoyed the 2-1/2 hours, and went away feeling like we had found an appropriate way to observe Halloween.

The Aspen's DarkSide...
The Aspen's DarkSide Ghost Tour was one of the highlights of our trip! It's the perfect mix of history, mystery, and just the right amount of spooky fun. Our guide was a great storyteller. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Aspen's colorful past. The blend of true historically events with eerie ghost tales kept everyone hooked from the start to finish.
Walking through the quiet streets and historic buildings after dark gives you a whole new appreciation for Aspen from beyond its ski-town glamor. You really get to see the towns hidden side - old mining stories, quirky characters and a few chills along the way!
The pacing was great, and the atmosphere was perfectly eerie without being over-the-top. Weather you're a believer in ghosts or just love a good story, this tour is a must-do.
If you're visiting Aspen and want something unique, entertaining, and unforgettable, I can't recommend the DarkSide Ghost Tour enough. A hauntingly good time!👻

Interesting
This was an interesting tour. Lots of great historical facts mixed in with some ghost hunting. While we didn't encounter any spirits ourselves, the history was convincing. The tour guide (Koreen) was very good...personable and knowledgeable. It was a fun tour, especially this time of year (October). I'd take friends to do it again.

Definitely recommend
This tour combined spooky tales with interesting historical facts. It’s an easy walk through the area surrounding the capitol, with lots of beautiful architecture. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Make sure to check the photos you take, you may be surprised what you see!

Five Points, RINO, and more
The tour was great and our guide, Mitch, provided so much more information about the sites we visited than I expected, and I have lived in Denver for more than 40 years. He is extremely knowledgeable. I saw interesting and colorful parts of Denver that I have never seen before. I could, however, have done without his injection of some of his personal views about cultural and political issues. That wasn't a problem, but this is just a suggestion on how he might modify his presentation. The bikes were great, the trip was safe and uncomplicated, this was my first time on an e-bike, and I had no problem.

Incredible!
If you have trouble standing for about an hour without leaning or sitting, reconsider going on the tour but you can still go to the observation deck. Just research a little to make sure you have the physical stamina. There are also a few small challenging areas to navigate between rocks. Not for the big guys!

Great tour!
Our guide Jacob was very knowledgable and personable. He shared a good combination of area history that led into each haunting story. He also really did his homework regarding each location by having spoken to residents/owners/workers of each site to learn about their encounters. Hopefully, they leverage him as a guide for the pub crawl tour so we can come back and have him as a guide again!
