Private 1/2 day tour of Chiang Mai
Oulala was so well educated on the history of the country and explained interesting information about the culture. Was an amazing guide and spoke fluent English. We learned so much in our private tour. Loved the locations we stopped at. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Tour and Experience.
Siriluk Sridee (Eikzy) was our tour guide for this experience and she was fantastic. She did an excellent showing us the city and was so knowledgable. She communicated so well and we learned so much during our time. As a plus she took us to a fantastic noodle shop that was easily one of the best meals we had in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an excellent tour guide and overall experience.

A must in your next travel to Chiang Mai
This tour takes you out of the center of Chiang Mai to visit others temples. Our favorite was one on the top of the mountain. Gong, our guide, was kind and great. At the end she help us with a reservation in one of the most popular restaurants in town.

A warm, insightful, and professional guided tour
Doing a guided tour during the intensely hot high pollution season might actually be a brilliant strategy! You will have a peaceful and leisurely tour without being squashed and hurried along by massive crowds of tourists.
Our tour was awesome. The guide was charming, knowledgeable and proactive in taking photos for us. The phototaking opportunities were abundant as there were few people at the many wonderful photo spots we visited. No crowds, no hurry! You can always capture the best image!
We enjoyed the entire visit thoroughly!

A Great Day Trip
Our guide Poong Kie is excellent. She is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. She speaks English well and shared a wealth of information about Thailand’s culture, history, and religion. Our driver was also excellent. It was a long drive, but he was always smiling and provided a cold wipe and a chilled bottle of water every time we returned to the car. The lunch was delicious, and Poong Kie provided snacks along the way. I really enjoyed the trip despite it being a long day. I highly recommend it.

Great tour to really get to understand Buddhism
This tour was great and the more time I spent in Thailand speaking with other people, the more I realized it. My tour guide Saman is a lover of Buddhism and really wanted to teach me about the religion and practices.
We went to many temples in Chiang Mai and he explained so much. I realized how helpful he was when I went to other temples in Thailand with other people and realized they didn't know what I had learned from this one tour. I don't think I appreciated it fully until afterwards. (I was very jetlagged, but he was so engaging).
The food part of this tour is not the central part of this activity, but we did end up at the night market and I got my choice of food from several booths - all of it was great and he sat with me and explained the market to me. As is mentioned in this tour, they leave you at the market and you find your own transport home - which gave me time to explore on my own.
The tuk tuk around town was great fun and the easiest way to get around from temple to temple. Please remember to dress respectfully. Thank you Saman!!

Mind Blowing Experience - For Real
This was such an amazing experience for me and my daughter. We couldn’t ask for a better person to spend the day with. Yut was so thoughtful and knowledgable about the temples, their history and relationship to the respective surrounding communities. You’re not just getting a safe driver, you are getting what amounts to a trained monk and historian with a great personality and the patience to explain things in as much detail as you could ask for. The temples were on another level. Beyond words really. The temples are a fusion of modernity and the ancient, with mind blowing architecture that is surreal. This is a must-do bucket list activity. Just do it. Ask for Yut and thank me later. 🙏

A Fun-filled day
Great day with Ronnie and Mr Aom (excellent driver). The sticky waterfalls were fantastic and completely doable (go in the morning to avoid crowds). The Buo Tang Cave was a peaceful stop, and the Golden Pagoda was worth a viewing, and the view of Chiang Mai city was panoramic. Ronnie was engaging and helpful, and took many photos.

Fantastic tour with Tong!
What a wonderful day in Doi Inthanon with Tong as our amazing driver and guide. He made it very special from the start, such a warm and funny person always checking we were ok and making sure we had everything that we needed. The small things like providing a local snack (which we probably wouldn’t have tried), tissues for the rest rooms, cold water, phone charger, and his recommendations for local Thai dishes and places in Chiang Mai (which were spot on!).
He made the trip fun and very informative and always offering to take photos for us. We never felt rushed but always looked after.
It was great to see the waterfall and then the 2 hour walk through the forest with a local tribesman called Cher, also very calm in nature. With his limited English we still got the gist of what he was telling us. He showed us the wonders of nature with many different little demonstrations along our walk making the time so much more about our surroundings and living in nature - hence Tong calls him Mr Magic Man! Grinding our own coffee, which was just delicious, in the village was a great way to finish this part of the tour.
The highest point in Thailand was another great part of the day.
We had another trip booked with Pagoda View Tours 2 days later and luckily we had Tong again as our guide!!! Great day thank you, if only all tour guides were like Tong! Highly recommend.

Fun Adventures
Awesome day trip. Great for anyone looking for fun adventures. The cave was incredible. Even before we got in the site outside is beautiful and colorful. The cave was so fun. I've been into caves in the US and they are smaller and narrow; here it was huge and so open. There are some tight and narrow spaces you have to crawl through but that's expected with any cave. The kayaking was a great way to end the day. It was a fun route, the guides will help if you spin or get stuck. We had lunch after the cave too. Overall great day trip and would recommend to anyone looking for an outdoor adventure day in Chiang Mai.

Inspirational cooking class!
Excellent informative tour with our tour guide, Sky. She educated us on the variety of spices and ingredients of Thai cooking and took us shopping at the local marketplace. Then went back to the cooking school and taught us how to prepare the raw ingredients, mix the slices and cook each dish. I was pleasantly surprised that I cooked a descent Thai meal in spite of not knowing how to cook at home. This tour has inspired me to try some of these recipes when we get home. Thumbs up for this tour.

We choose Tomyumi because they had experience with kids in previous reviews.
Hi!! We are a family from Spain with 2 kids aged 10 and 11. It was just so so good!
Uan was really nice, patient and made great dishes that we ate one by one after cooking each plate.
Super recommendable!!
If you go in the morning make sure you don’t eat breakfast before…as first dish you start eating is by 10am. Last dish was sticky mango rice around 12.
He picked us in our hotel, took us to the market and then ready to start and amazing cooking Thai class.
