Travelling with our two kids age 12 and 13 this was the perfect day out! Highly recommend this very professional company. We were collected promptly and received an excellent safety briefing both on arrival via video and in person before getting in the boat. Our raft pilot Dio was excellent and there was a good mix of enjoying the scenery and oaring … the rapids were very doable and just the right amount of excitement … we had a bit of a swim part way down the river and returned to a delicious lunch (the soup was amazing!!!) before being dropped back at our hotel. The photo pack was worth the extra purchase with a photographer in a few spots along the way catching the enjoyment of all. There were lockers to keep our bags and gear while on the river, hot showers after if you wished, and the gear was in great condition. There were extra guides in seperate kayaks to assist if any trouble was encountered … none was :) I understand that kids under 15 cannot do the full 10km as there are some bigger rapids so this 8km was just right … we saw the photos of those that went the full 10km on the big screen after while eating lunch and it looked awesome too! Thanks 8Adventures Team!
