Wonderful Capri Sail
This was a wonderful cruise around the island of Capri, with plenty of time to explore Anacapri and Capri. Our captain and hostess (Francesca) did an outstanding job exploring the landmarks around Capri with excellent navigation and narration of specific sights like the green grotto, white grotto, Faragliono rock formations, the lighthouse, etc. although we didn’t get to go in the blue grotto, it was still an amazing trip.

Best VIP experience
Vincenzo was an incredible experienced guide providing a detailed and informative tour. We spent very little time in line and made the most of our time in beautiful Capri.

Capri with Marcella
This was an excellent day trip. Our guide, Marcella (also, my daughter's name) was great. She was very detailed on her explanations of the sights. She also let us know right away about seeing the Blue Grotto. We could not see it today because of the winds and the choppiness of the water. She checked 2 other times but today just wasn't our day, we'll have to come back. Her knowledge of Capri and Anacapri was vast and her restaurant recommendations were very good.

Good deal!
The day we went, unfortunately the blue grotto was closed due to high tide. But the guide was incredible, funny and informative. Only downside was , we couldn’t swim in Capri waters. Everything else was well organized!

  • Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) tickets are sold at the floating ticket office near the entrance of the cave. Most boat tours include tickets.

  • Due to the low cave entrance, the Blue Grotto is only open when weather conditions permit.

  • You’ll have to wait to enter the cave aboard small, open-air rowboats, so bring a hat and sunblock.

  • The journey to the Blue Grotto is not recommended for those who suffer from seasickness.

  • Once inside the cave, many rowboat skippers will treat you to a serenade for a small tip.
