This Capri and Blue Grotto cruise meets in the designated meeting location in Sorrento. Once you meet your guide and small group (limited to just 12), board your boat and get ready to cruise the water near Italy.
First, pass by the White Grotto on your way to see the Natural Arch, Faraglioni, and Marina Piccola. Stop for a little swim here, which gives you the comfort of being able to jump back on your boat at anytime you feel like it.
Next, continue to see the Punta Carena Lighthouse and the Blue Grotto. See the historical cave—a true highlight of this adventure.
After exploring the Blue Grotto, your Capri tour lets you off at the same place you met at the start.

Awesome tour!!! Enrico was fun and funny! We got to see the Blue Grotto and jump in for a swim. It was amazing!
Highly recommended, a well organized and varied activity which lived up to expectations.
Plenty of time on the boat ( 4 hrs ) to meet our 9 fellow passengers from other countries / swim / snorkel / enjoy the magnificent scenery of Capri and the Blue Grotto.
Alessandro was an engaging and enthusiastic skipper !

Bring sunscreen for reals! Very beautiful, but there isn’t any shade, you’ll want to reapply at least once.
The guide and his son were so kind and his son was too cute. Very great tour guide.

What a wonderful experience this was. Unbelieveably gorgeous. The waters colors were perfect shades of aqua and sapphire. Our skipper Flabio was perfecto. He educated us on the history of Capri and its rock formation. The company MBS extended our half-day trip to a full-day at no extra charge as it did not have enough to fill our original trip, an added bonus to our experience. We shall return.

We had a great time on our boat. Alessandro was very welcoming & ensured we were all having a good time. The Blue Grotto was closed but we were able to see some other nice areas of Capri. You don’t get off the boat except for a change to jump in the water. We were there in April so just a little cooler but it was a fun day.

We when out in a heavy storm with lightning because the tour was not canceled. Once half way to Capri tour cancelled. Dangerous weather and should have cancelled prior to leaving. The skipper and assistant were nice and apologetic.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. The day before your tour, the weather forecasts we rely on indicated rain only in the late afternoon. Since your excursion was scheduled as a half-day tour starting at 9:00 AM, we believed it was safe to proceed.
On the morning of your departure there was no rain, but unfortunately, while you were on the way to Capri, a sudden passing storm developed. As the safety and well-being of our guests are always our top priority, we made the decision to return to port and immediately refund all participants.
Although the storm quickly passed and the weather improved soon after, we preferred not to compromise your safety or your overall experience. For this reason, we thought it best to end the excursion rather than continue under uncertain conditions.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for appreciating the kindness and professionalism of our skipper and assistant. We hope to welcome you again in the future under better weather conditions.

Unfortunately, in Sorrento there are some pedestrian areas/areas interdicted to nonresidents by car, for this reason it is not possible to reach all the accommodations, but we always arrange the pick-up in the closest place.

Our tour consisted of 6 people on a fairly small personal boat. Our captain Salvator was an experienced navigator, without a doubt. His assistance for the tour was a 16-year-old young man named Franco. The captain did not speak English and Franco has fair but limited English. While they were both pleasant, Salvator was focused on navigating and Franco did his best to engage our small group, to the best a 16-year-old can do. We went past the grottos but there was apparently a 1 hour plus wait and did not go in. We did stop a few times for us to jump in the water, and we did. We were offered sodas, beer and water throughout the voyage but no food or snacks at all. A homemade limoncello was offered near the end of the voyage, one very small shot each. My rating is in consideration of the price of this tour. This is not a cheap excursion and would expect better service overall. While Franco did a great job for a 16-year-old, it is not the experience we paid for. I would recommend verifying the details of your tour before booking.

Unfortunately, it could happen that the Blue Grotto is closed, or the queue is too long (in this case it is not possible to wait because the skipper/captain have to consider the wellness of the passengers on board). As per tour description, a Limoncello tasting is included, but is only a tasting. Limoncello is the typical liqueur of the Sorrento Peninsula, and locals are used to drink a shot.

Disaster!! We started late. The tour should have been cancelled due to weather. A few minutes into the trip the water became turbulent. Passengers had to hold on, backs wrenched. Several passengers got sick. We had to get off the boat in Capri because it wasn’t safe to continue. The rain was terrestrial, there was thunder and lightning. We had to seek shelter at a cafe because there was nothing else to do. Contacted the tour operator several times regarding a refund with no response.

Ross and Fernando were excellent, showed us a few different lagoons and were very accomodating and fun. Great vibes.
However the touring company was massive and we stood around for 30 minutes at the dock as they figured out which boats different groups were on. Maybe unavoidable with all the sorrento boat traffic but it was just long enough to be annoying.
