What are people saying about Cape Town

An Absolute Must-Do for First-Time Visitors
Taking this tour on our first day was the absolute perfect introduction to Cape Town. The food was not only amazing and abundant, but all four stops along the way were unique and memorable. Our guide, Olivia, was exceptional—helpful, kind, and deeply knowledgeable—making the entire experience feel effortless and fun. The little extras, like the Cape Malay spice gift, digital recipes, group photos, and a detailed follow-up email recap, made it feel so personal. I would definitely recommend this to any first-time visitor!

Unbelievable and Unique
This was an unbelievable experience. Tawanda was an amazing guide and he took us to several places we would have never gone otherwise. We met incredible people along the way. The highlight was tasting Khadim’s coffee and hearing about his life and journey. Highly recommend to all!

This 14 course dinner was...
This 14 course dinner was a fun way to explore some of African culture. The food was tasty and all the various dishes were explained to us and from which region they were part of. The drumming was a very fun activity. All the diners were involved. It was quite an experience to have the entire (large) room participate. Dancing and singing were also part of the entertainment. There was also optional face painting. I would recommend this activity - good food and fun and an easy way to learn a bit about African culture.

Private Tour Cape Town
My husband and I had the best day with Werner! We did a private tour of Bo-Kaap, Babylonstoren, and Delaire Graff, including lunch, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide.
Werner was so nice, funny, friendly, and incredibly informative. He never rushed us and was completely flexible with what we wanted to do. Everywhere we went, he made sure we were taken care of and having a good time.
He really went above and beyond to make the day special. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and felt completely comfortable with him from the beginning. It honestly felt more like spending the day with a friend than being on a tour.
We had such an amazing day and would absolutely recommend Werner to anyone visiting Cape Town. He was truly the best tour guide and made our day so memorable! ❤️🇿🇦

Private Cape Tour
Our guide, Jeff, was a pleasure to be with. He is so very knowledgeable, kind, patient and an excellent driver. He narrated the whole 10 hour day with historical and fun facts. We were on time and the amount of time spent at each stop was perfect. We had a fantastic lunch at a beautiful restaurant. Jeff made this trip and I highly recommend this trip. Ask for Jeff

Excellent tour with a very knowledgeable guide
We had a wonderful day with our kind and knowledgeable guide, Ejide. We had limited time in Cape Town, and this tour was the ideal way to see the sights without having to fuss with rental cars or navigation. While we covered a lot, including Bo-Kaap, the CBD, the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, Cape Point, Chapman’s Peak Drive, and the many beautiful beaches along the route, the tour didn’t feel rushed. We even had a relaxing seafood lunch with spectacular views. Ejide was a delightful guide with an incredible memory for the history of Cape Town and Nelson Mandela’s life and legacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him and highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore this beautiful part of the world.

A must do tour for wine lovers!
We had a fabulous day with John. He was friendly and so knowledgeable about wine and all of the beautiful wineries that we visited. It felt like we were hanging out with a friend who was also a wine expert. We visited 3 wineries and had a delicious lunch in between. It was a fabulous day in the South African wine country!

Above & Beyond
I had one last day in Cape Town, and was trying to squeeze in a lot. This trip did just that and more. Getting even a half hour to roam around Stellenbosch was a trip highlight; but then two very different (but both excellent) winery experiences really brought it home. I'd booked really last-minute, and initially I was going to be the only person on the tour. The company reached out with options, including letting me make it a private tour. Another couple ended up booking last-minute, too, so it ended up being a trio; but kudos to the tour company for willing to probably run the trip at a loss just to make sure I got my half-day tour. Overall, this was absolutely stellar if you're looking to pack in a lot outside of Cape Town in a very constrained time frame. Highly recommend.

Food tasting tour
It is a lot of fun…Parinita our guide took us to some local places to sample a variety of foods at two different stops. In between eating she would show us the neighborhood and places of historic nature and explained the context behind them. All in all we enjoyed the few hours we spent with her…the food was good and she is a delight

Curated visit to exceptional South African wineries
Marlene coordinated the wine tastings for us after asking about our specific preferences following our initial booking. She was greeted warmly at each of our four stops, and arranged our visits so we could try as many different types of wines as possible.
Would highly recommend that you book this curated tour if are looking for a customized experience in South Africa wine country. We could have never navigated/selected such a diverse group of wineries on our own that ranged from tiny boutique farms to large, well-known properties.

It's a great day out....
It's a great day out. Fortunately the weather was perfect, the day trip was well organised, a large, comfortable bus and we saw everything that was planned. There was plenty of time to see everything. The views from the Cape are spectacular, there were lots of penguins. Our thanks to Chris, who pointed out the wildlife and gave us a lot of history, and to Division and Ruth.

Our Guide James was...
Our Guide James was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and provided us with a wealth of information that gave us an excellent insight into the Township. This tour in our opinion is a 'must do' experience to see how displaced poor communities live. It puts things into perspective and provides an understanding of the realities of black and coloured living in segregated Townships whilst they wait for a council home.
