We had a fantastic day out on this tour! Ben, our tour guide, was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the day both entertaining and informative, while giving us plenty of time to enjoy each site without ever feeling rushed. The weather wasn’t the best, but Ben remained positive and upbeat throughout the day, highlighting the beauty of each place despite the rain. I had such a wonderful time throughout the day. Moraine Lake was breathtaking, and Lake Louise was so peaceful. All the spots were amazing, but the best part by far was our guide, Ahmed. He was so welcoming and brought such a fun, positive vibe to our group. Also, I really appreciate that he was such an awesome photographer for us. I was impressed by his professionalism as well. We actually had a little issue during the tour, but he handled it so quickly and found the best solution. He never forgot to smile and kept making us laugh. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful full day excursion with many stops and amazing sights. Enjoyed each stop. Felt a little rushed at Lake Louise need an extra 10-15 min if you want to do any hiking to see the views from above. Information provided by Sanjet our driver was great and he was pleasant and answered any questions anyone had. Worth taking a tour to see so many beautiful sights in this beautiful country. ❤️❤️🇨🇦

This was an excellent tour. I was short on time, and couldn't do a full day tour. In just five hours I was able to enjoy the beauty of Moraine lake and Lake Louise. Our tour guide Frank was excellent. He educated us about the lakes, while using humor, and keeping the group on time. I really appreciated his time management. The tour ended exactly after five hours. I highly recommend this tour.

Iconic lake tour of Banff

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours.
