Great tour, beautiful sights.

The tour was great. Got to make lots of stops and see lots of beautiful sights. We had lots of time to take photos and experience the areas. I have been to the banff area many times and it’s always the easiest on a tour. The only thing I would change is many not mentioning so many deaths that have happened in the area lol every location seemed to mention a death. (Old couple with dog was killed by bear, man fell off the bridge and died etc.) I could have done without so much of that 😬

Stunning sunrise, and Francis made our whole trip

We did the Moraine Lake Sunrise & Lake Louise tour from Canmore, and it was a highlight of our trip. Watching the sun come up over Moraine Lake was unforgettable, and Lake Louise was beautiful too. Our guide Francis did a great job. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clearly loves the area. He also gave us excellent recommendations for a drive and hike the next day, and they turned out to be some of the best parts of our vacation. The scenery on the drive was the most beautiful we saw all trip, and we even spotted a grizzly bear walking down the road from the safety of our vehicle! The hike was gorgeous, and we saw mountain sheep along the way. The early start is worth it. If you get Francis as your guide, ask him for his tips. Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible tour with Ron! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The pace of the tour and the stops were PERFECT! As we went in between stops, Ron gave lots of history of Banff. He truly was a highlight of our trip! We can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. GREAT bang for your buck. This was an excellent tour. I was short on time, and couldn't do a full day tour. In just five hours I was able to enjoy the beauty of Moraine lake and Lake Louise. Our tour guide Frank was excellent. He educated us about the lakes, while using humor, and keeping the group on time. I really appreciated his time management. The tour ended exactly after five hours. I highly recommend this tour.

This was such a great...

This was such a great experience! Our driver, Daman, was so kind and professional. He was so helpful and provided great advice and photo taking skills! It was so nice to have someone drive us from Calgary to Jasper. We originally were going to drive ourselves, but then we realized that there was no cell phone service anywhere on the freeway and as two millennials that rely on our phones for everything, that made us very nervous.

Iconic lake tour of Banff

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours.
