This experience was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our trip! Being able to swim alongside these incredible animals in their natural environment was an experience we will never forget. The entire experience was exciting, beautiful, and truly surreal. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the experience. They were respectful of the whale sharks and emphasized giving them plenty of space while still allowing us an incredible opportunity to see them up close. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend adding whale shark snorkeling to your itinerary. It’s an unforgettable experience and something we would happily do again!

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and provided awesome service! Great snorkling! The current was strong enough you didn't even have to swim! The fish were abundant and diverse, and the reef was beautiful! Isla Mujeres is full of scammers. Our guide, Diego, warned us before we docked and I'm so glad he did. Shopkeepers and golf cart renters will look at your resort wristband and pretend they know you from the property in an attempt to get you to come in their shop or to buy from them. One man must have overheard me say my friend's name in one of the shops because he called out to her and told her he enjoyed serving her at dinner the night before - he was not our waiter. It's so creepy and all the "cat-calling" (lack for a better term) made the shopping so stressful that I will never go back. My friend likened it to how paparazzi antagonize celebrities- incesent and loud (you couldn't carry on a conversation while walking down the street because they wouldn't leave you alone). Avoid the shopping here at all costs. Walk to the top of the island to do some more swimming or sit at a restaurant to have a drink and enjoy the view. Or better yet, ask to stay on the boat!

This place is epic I went with my best friend of a night and it’s filled with adrenaline activities The slides are great, zip lining at night trough fore was so cool The zip line swing is amazing but my favourite was the 4x4 full speed in and out off mid and puddles so worth a visit I would go back to Mexico just for this activity

Great staff and experience! The guides were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the experience. Transportation was included and contacted me when they arrived, which made things so easy. The lunch provided was good and needed after all of the activities. The photos and videos were amazing and completed so fast, which gives them an automatic rebooking whenever I visit!

I would definitely recommend this tour!! It was so much fun! Even my husband that doesn’t know how to swim was able to do all the activities and had fun while doing it!! I would definitely recommend bringing water shoes! It is very family friendly also!

Brilliant water park with so much to see and do. Everything is very well organised with conveniently spaced locker/shower stations and plenty of towels available (although the towels could have been bigger). Food and drink options are all great and the staff all welcoming and friendly. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and really pleasant to just walk around and enjoy. Worth the ticket price. Do ensure you have a waterproof phone case (to take lots of pictures) and some water shoes though.

The entire experience was perfect from the communication leading up to the activity, the pickup time, friendly staff and so much more! The Xplor park was amazing with short wait times and amazing food as well! I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary!

Julio and all the guides were absolutely amazing and so down to earth! Our group me and my spouse was in was fun and we had the best time! The ATV tour was okay, but I get we can't go deep into the jungle for safety and preservation of the animals! The zip line was great but my favorite part was the Cenote swim and the history behind how it was formed! It was so beautiful and the water was crystal clear! The Mayan Ceremony was also nice to see and hear about Thanks everyone!!!
