EMO tour operators are so professional and attentive. Overall experience was excellent, customer service on the boat as well as the entertainment program were amazing. This is by far the best boat dinner cruise in Cairo.

Wow. There’s seriously not enough kind words to say about this experience. My friend and I were traveling to Cairo for only 48 hours. We knew we wanted to experience a Felucca ride. Based off TikTok we had a few saved but ultimately wanted a more intimate experience so we went with this one. We booked the Cafelluca lunch/dinner option. Shortly after I received a message on WhatsApp to coordinate a time. Because we had a jam packed day we opted for a late boat ride at 8pm. The day of, our plans kept extending later and later. I didn’t think we would make our reservation. This is a no refund reservation so it would have been a loss on our end. I stayed in contact with the restaurant on WhatsApp asking if we could possibly delay our reservation. They were very understanding and accommodating. We somehow made it across town to the boat an hour late at 9pm flustered and sweaty ready to be met with frustration. It was the complete opposite. They greeted us and let us freshen up in the bathroom. We got on the felucca and our servers/captain introduced themselves. They quickly got our meals ready. I did make a note that we required one vegetarian option which they did not see but was accommodated immediately. So if you have any dietary restrictions just double check that they received your request upon arrival. Then we were off. They allowed us to eat and enjoy the scenery. The food was delicious and plentiful. Once we were done it was a full on party. The staff played music and danced with us. We could not stop laughing and smiling. It was pure joy from start to finish. They took our photos and the captain let us drive the boat. It made no difference that there were only two of us and not twenty. The experience was magical. I wouldn’t trade it in for anything. I would recommend this over and over and over again. It’s a must if you’re visiting Cairo!

The tour is 100 percent Legit and with amazing food and night show. I even dance in the dance floor. They pick us up on pur hotel as they promised with a very loving and courteous driver. In Cairo, I have learned from my trip that scammers are everywhere even in National Museums..This tour is legit and they are very true to what they offer. Dont settle for anything cheaper than what they will offer and so that you will not end up being scammed. I highly recommend this tour to all. Two thumbs up.
