The tour was very well organized. The company and Sol were very communicative (included pictures of where to meet up) about each step of the tour. Sol was very warm and helpful. She helped organize people traveling solo in the capsule cars so no one was left figuring it out on their own. There was enough time at each stop as well.

It was a short but very informative visit to Busan. Dylan met me at the train station and introduced me to the visit schedule. He is very passionate about the city and his business. I was able to adjust the schedule to suit my preferences. In a short time, we were able to visit many sites and have a great Korean lunch. It was a perfect introduction to the city, which I will visit for a longer time during my next trip to Korea. Dylan dropped me off at the train station at the end of the program. I will highly recommend his services.

Our tour guide Jino was amazing! He was very patient, and knowledgeable, and took us to the sites we requested and more! We didn’t book the sky capsule tickets in advance, but Jino made sure that we went to the less busy station first thing in the morning, and we got lucky with last minute tickets! He never rushed us at any of the sites, and made excellent recommendations for lunch based on what we were interested in. He was a pleasure to spend the day with!

Highly recommend this tour instead of trying to do the sky capsule tour on your own. Typically I’d tackle on my own, but this way you have comfortable transportation, prime sunset tickets (very hard to get), a delicious meal and local knowledge. Plan on skipping the last stop.

We joined another party of 4 for this private van excursion. Baek was an excellent guide and took us safely and smoothly to the main sights of Busan. Just a pity about the sea-fog rolling in at one of the view points, but all part of the experience! We saw much more, in greater comfort and with our own personal guide than an equivalent ships tour, and at a much lower cost, too. Highly recommended.

We deeply enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Yoseong (forgive us for the bad spelling) was lovely and he just explained in so much detail, Korean history and many interesting aspects of Korea nowadays vs the old times. We highly recommend this tour, you get to see some of the most beautiful spots in Busan. At the end of the tour he even gave us a wonderful gift from Gamcheon Village.

Steve, previously from Houston, Texas, was an outstanding driver and an English-speaking tour guide extraordinaire. He professionally communicated a flexible showtime location, picked us up right on time, made sure we had the best seats on the yacht, and even helped us into our (non-American!) black life jackets with impressive efficiency. Even though we were his only two Uber-like black XL limosone van guests that evening, Steve never rushed us. He patiently waited whenever needed, safely drove us to two other top-notch sightseeing spots and all 3 Busan lit up bridges after the Wednesday night fireworks, answered every single one of our questions with humor, and provided true white-glove service all the way back to our hotel. 100/10 stars! I would genuinely book this VIP experience again in a heartbeat, recommend Steve to all of my friends without hesitation, and can't wait to return to Busan to hang out with Steve and revisit all the amazing viral spots that perfectly matched our food and travel priorities!!!

Nana was such a sweet tour guide and we were so glad to have done this tour because we definitely would not have been able to see all the sites in one day! It was extremely convenient to have a tour bus drive us around to hit all the hotspots. Plus we got the capsule tickets in this package which was a huge plus! Highly recommend!
