Excellent Tour of Brussels

This was an excellent walking tour of Brussels that provided an overview of the culture and amazing history. Our tour guide, Clemmons, was very knowledgeable, personable and dynamic. He provided extensive and detailed information in an engaging way as we traveled throughout the city. The tour included several stops where Clemmons described in detail what we were seeing and what we should take special note of when we later explored on our own. If we were to do this tour again, we would absolutely request Clemmons.

It’s a long day but it’s worth it. Steffan was always giving so much information at every chance he found. These details he gave us made it so much easier to understand at each location we visited . Finishing off our trip was the last post ceremony in Ypres, this was certainly worth the wait. Although it was a long trip back to Brussells, I certainly enjoyed the whole day. Great Walking Tour of Brussels

We really enjoyed the Brussels Walking and Tasting Tour with our guide Tiago. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and good at keeping the group engaged while sharing interesting stories about the city’s history and landmarks. The tastings were a highlight — the chocolates were excellent, the beer flight was well chosen, and the waffle and fries hit the spot. Everything felt authentic rather than overly touristy. Tiago also offered some useful tips for other places to try afterward. It was a relaxed and enjoyable way to see central Brussels and sample some classic Belgian flavors. We’d recommend it, especially if Tiago is leading the tour.

Martin King was our very knowledgeable guide and on the bus ride to Bastogne gave us a concise and interesting account of the battle. We all learned a lot. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in history. We visited the American cemetery, the foxholes used by Easy Company, and General MacAuliffe's headquarters, along with the Bastogne War Museum. This was a one day trip and we covered so much ground and information that it was well worth it. I'm sure that you can take a more expensive or longer tour, but if you only have a day, I highly recommend this one and that you get Martin King as your guide for the day.

Eating through Brussels..Magnifique!

Florent was an excellent guide who was born and raised in Belgium! He shared with us not only history but also took us on a Belgian journey of foods that was one better than another as well as sampling beer! We were a small group of six who got to know each other and the Belgian people! Florent also provided us with some places to eat in Bruges which was another tour along with a pub to sample beers! Both recommendations were spot on! A wonderful tour and a wonderful city! Thank you for a wonderful memory!

We chose the 4 hour tour. Our guide Patrick was PHENOMENAL! Best tour guide we ever had. He is so passionate about Brussels and he showed us so many wonderful things that the time flew by and before we knew it the 4 hours was passed. We really enjoyed this time and Patrick was a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this tour!!! Do it early on in your trip so you can explore all the the guides wonderful recommendations.

Come hungry (and thirsty)

come hungry because you will eat! Manila walked within the city center as we ate our way through with lots of education on the buildings and historical sites in the area. The only thing was that the beef stew way too salty but that's not her fault. She offered to take me to another location but I declined.

Good walking tour

The your was very informative and interesting. The guide asked us what we wanted to see and where we had already been. He started out the tour by taking us to the top of the tallest building with the best view so he could give a layout and history of the city. It was a great tour and he was a super friendly guy. Excellent tour without feeling touristy

Mark was very thorough and took us to all of the typical tourist highlights but also added some amazing stops at shops like Elisabeth and BS40 for chocolates (staff was all so friendly and attentive) as well as giving some history and examples of brown bars and beer history. The meal was incredible and having it in a private room felt more personal than some large scale operations. Every choice Mark made including his service was impeccable.

Delicious fun informative

The intake at the main location was not welcoming and then you do walk about 5 minutes to the classroom/kitchen. BUT Patricia gave a wonderfully informative presentation and we made lots of delicious chocolates! I went solo and felt welcome and included in our small group. Can’t wait to try my chocolates! Overall a really fun afternoon!

Excellent Tour .

Excellent tour and Excellent guides. The description was vague, but it worked out well. Arrived in Ghent and then had a one hour walking tour that started at St Bravo and ended there. Audio head sets were great. It was tight but we did have enough time to get a ticket to the Alter Piece. It would be best to get an advance ticket but hard to schedule. We were in front of Alter Piece at 11:39am. If there is a long line for tickets you may not make it in time. Brugge was good, a pretty good walk from bus to city center. We had plenty of free time and went to see Madonna and Child. We did not do the boat ride but plenty of time to eat. Brugge was very crowded with tourist. I would recommend a little more time in Ghent and a little less in Brugge.
