Excellent tour but the best part was our guide. She did an outstanding job and was very personable! We had a great time!
I went to the meeting place in front of Starbucks. No one was there. Later that day I received an email from Viator for a refund. Why it was canceled is a mystery. A sad waste of a mor.

We never found the tour. Another company tour guide was helping us try to find the tour guide but we were still unsuccessful. We were in front of the Starbucks at the grand plaza and in the correct place and even the other tour company verified we were at the stated meeting location.

Cesarina was an excellent guide. The tour was well paced and as I was the only participant she asked about my interests and knowledge about Brussels before taking me to interesting sites around the city. I enjoyed the tour very much.
A wonderful overview of the city and history. Cesrina is a lovely, engaging guide! We started in Grand Place learning the history of the guilds/buildings and then explored further, stopping at many sites and human interest spots throughout the city. I highly recommend this tour! Cesrina went above and beyond!
Tarek showed up during heavy rain and was a great guide. He knew his history well and answered all our questions.

Serena was knowledgeable about Brussels history and area. We had a few hours during connecting flights and this was a great way to get familiar with the city in a few hours.
We had a fabulous, informative and eye opening walking tour around Brussels with Serafina. We saw so many things we would never have known about or found on our own. Serafina has a great knowledge of European history and Belgium's place in it as well as an extensive knowledge of many of the interesting sites around Brussels. A great tour and well worth doing at the start of your trip to Brussels to help plan the rest of your time here. We were really appreciative of the way Serafina adapted the tour to work around some very wet weather and made sure we still had a great time.
Great I review of the heart of old town Brussels. Easy pace, yet saw many of the sites that visitors need to see.
Our guide was nice but not particularly knowledgeable. She was just learning so she could not give us much information beyond what she had memorized.
Our guide walked in the front of the group talking as he went and we couldn’t hear him. We didn’t receive very much useful information.
I have done many walking tours and this was by far the worst. The guide had almost no knowledge of the area and when questions were asked she seemed to make up answers. This walking tour was horrible and I would like a refund. The "guide" should not be doing this tour

Guide provided very good information-I enjoyed being with him in Brussels. Thank you for spending the time with me even though I was the only one!
Our guide was polite but was not native and it showed. He did not introduce himself and our group were the only people on the tour along with a person learning how to be a guide. He just gave general information about the stops. We walked in and out of the square multiple times. It felt at times we had to push him to the next stop.
Our tour guide was very nice, but has only been in Brussels 2 years and clearly was not that familiar. He was reading the map and at one point had it backwards.
Our guide N. was very friendly; however, she didn’t appear to be very familiar with the city’s history. She also had to check the route on Google Maps several times and relied on reading from her notes.
We expected a professional guide who is familiar with the city’s history and the architectural details of its most famous buildings, not someone who has only lived there for a few years—especially since the website also offered a ‘tour guided by a local’ for €3, compared to €35 per person (which is the amount we paid) on the platform.
Walling tour is a great way to quickly learn way around the city. Rosh was super pleasant and very informative. We hit all the highlights plus some gems!
Great tour to see the whole city! Our guide Tom was very informative, friendly, and we had a great time! I definitely recommend booking to get a deeper look into the city and things you would normally just pass by. The team made it simple to find our guide Tom amongst all the other large tours which normally can be the most stressful part. You will not be disappointed, book it!
I am giving this tour one star only because the guide was pleasant; otherwise, it felt like a waste of money. During our visit, we also booked a full-day bus trip to Bruges and Ghent from Brussels for only €10 more per person, which offered far greater value. This walking tour consisted mainly of the guide pointing out buildings and landmarks, with little historical depth, storytelling, or any meaningful “local insider” perspective. We could have easily replicated the experience on our own using Google or ChatGPT to plan a walking route. Overall, the tour was underwhelming—save your money for a more engaging experience or souvenirs instead.

Quite surprising to be amazed by the 2:10 minutes very affordable walking tour about Amsterdam. Raymond provided great interesting stories and history about the city. Would recommend for anyone who’s first time visiting the city. 5 stars!
This tour provided a good overview of the historic center of Brussels. It was a nice orientation for further exploration on your own. She made several good recommendations for authentic chocolate, waffles and meals. We enjoyed all of them after the tour. Lunch at Chez Leon was excellent. Best mussels!
Majib brought us in 2 hours to the most significant sights of the city. He did a great job in explaining the most important bits.
Comment about Viator: should have left more detailed instructions about the meeting point! There were like 20 groups meeting there at the same time.
Our guide was fantastic! She filled the 2- hour tour with the history and culture of Brussels. We got a list of places to eat dinner and fries, and find beer and chocolate. We really appreciated here time.

I recommend this tour for the start of your trip in Brussels. Our tour guide provided many great facts and tips about the area that we would not have picked up on our own. It also gave us a good idea on how to navigate the city by ourselves.
Peter was a great tour guide. Answered many questions had lots of historical knowledge and modern factoids to blend in. We were able to see and learn about so many sites and the culture. Highly recommend Peter and this tour! Special kudos for keeping a 13 year old engaged as well.

Wear comfy shoes as there are plenty of cobblestones. Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We visited places we might never have found on our own. Would certainly recommend.
