Excellent guide. Stefan was brilliant. Lots of information and delivered it all tri lingually. Lived Delft and could spend longer there and at Keukenhof.
Driver of the coach was big good. Sudden breaking and a last minute swerve at one road junction was not great.

It’s a long day, but so worth it! Keukenhof garden is vast and beautiful! Our tour guide was very excellent, very knowledgeable. The trip was paced very well, with a stop in Delft before lunch, then a short drive to Keukenhof. I was worried that three hours at Keukenhof wouldn’t be enough, but it was plenty of time to see everything, visit the shops, get a bite to eat, and relax. Highly recommend this day trip if you’re lucky enough to be in the area during the annual tulip festival.

We went expecting Keukenhof and instead were taken to Tulip experience Amsterdam which was a chap substitute. The difference in what we paid for Keukenhof versus what Tulip experience costed was not discussed or offered as a refund. Instead as a punishment we were made to walk 2 kms at least one way to a very terrible botanical garden which nobody wanted to visit in the first place. All in all an unfulfilling experience.

The trip was modified 2 days prior. The alternative trip was a visit to a tulip farm and a botanical garden as a replacement for Keukenhof due to overbooking.
We understand “unforeseen circumstances”. The alternate places were nice but definately not worth the price for the trip. The guide was informative but was not nice and keep telling us to shush when we were talking while she’s talking. Understandably, She sit right next to us, ofc she cannot hear herself talking. The upper deck was free and would be better for her speech.
If it happens to anyone again, I would not recommend to take the modified schedules.
Get your refund when u can.

We had a lovely spring day exploring the tulip region. The tour had a nice mix of guided visits and free time to walk around on our own. Our guide provided detailed explanations in multiple languages which was great for the diverse group. I’d highly recommend this excursion!

Great day at Delft and Keukenhof gardens with our super tour guide Stefan!
First stop at Delft which deserves a trip of more than 3 hours (but 3 hours were sufficient to see the most important attractions) and then 3 hours to the most popular garden in NL, that are enough to appreciate this place.

Our guide was very good. Walking tours in Delft was very informative. The only downside was that the Tulips were not in bloom in the fields, I went 2nd week of April. Overall the tour was very good.

The Delft village was quaint and pretty with a canal running through every street. The main take always of the place are the exquisite ceramic pottery with blue print on white and the church where William of Orange and all his descendants are buried - much history to be absorbed in a few hours.
The second part of the tour was of the gorgeous Keukenhof gardens… where 7 million (although not all were in bloom this week!) tulips, irises, daffodils were in bloom!
Oh what a delight and a much awaited vision… we will visit again! The trip itself was informative, thanks to Stefan our guide, and smooth thanks to Mohamed the expert driver! Thank you.

The bus was comfortable but the tour guide seemed less then enthusiastic about his job. He didn't smile, gave minimal information broken up into3 languages. We stopped at a dirty gas station for a so-called coffee stop and restroom break. Then once in Delft, we were given such little time, no maps, and little direction on where to spend our very limited time. Then when we arrived Keukenhof, we were told to wait outside the gates for 15 min. while he went to retrieve our entry tickets. I think he went for a smoke. He was so impersonal and nothing warm or entertaining in his personality. I would have preferred more time in Delft.

Concernant les visites : Nous avons passé environ 3h à Delft et 3h à Keukenhof. Delft est une jolie petite ville et 3h suffisent pour s'y balader. Keukenhof est un parc magnifique, adapté aux enfants de tous âges, mais très très touristique. Les 3h de visite sont possibles mais à faire au pas de course. Le retour de Keukenhof à Bruxelles, sans arrêt, était long (3h-3h30).
Concernant l'organisation : Aucune info sur le programme sur le site de Viator. Le guide n'était vraiment pas dynamique (il faisait le job, ni plus ni moins) et, au vu des réflexions des touristes espagnols, je pense que sa maîtrise de cette langue était assez approximative. Nous n'avions pas non plus d'info sur la durée du trajet.
