Don't miss this delicious experience!
The food tour was excellent!!! Our guide, Federica, gave us a lift to a pasta laboratory when we tasted fresh pasta. Then we tasted delicious cheese and crouds in the oldest Osteria of Bologna, we drank local wine. We also tasted balsamico di Modena and a secret recipe sweet. We finished the tour eating ice cream! This way we learned a lot about Bologna's past and products of Emilia Romana.

Amazing! A must do tour
This tour was AMAZING! Well worth your time and money. Dont miss out. The ladies who ran these tour did not miss a beat From the pick up to the drop off. We had a wonderful tour of the parmigiano factory. I went with my sister in law. We took a ton of pictures. So informative so much fun. This was a bucket list moment for me.
Then off to where they produce a beautiful balsamic vinegar. We learned all about the process where then we were provided a beautiful breakfast with tastings of parmigiano, ricotta and vinegars at different stages with lots of additional breakfast items. We were being educated the entire time from a lively group of people who were happy to answer any questions along the way. At this point we had the opportunity to buy the vinegars that we tasted. There was no pressure to buy but no one wanted to miss out on that opportunity.
From there we went to the prosciutto factory. Very educational to learn the process. We then had an amazing lunch that seemed to never end. Many different wines were served, wonder antipasto, 3 different pastas, risotto and dessert. All while being entertained with singing and dancing. Sooooooo much fun. I’ve been on MANY tours in many different countries and this tour was by far the BEST. We did not want it to end. Well worth the money. Thank you Roberta, Elena and the rest of the amazing staff for taking such good care of us. I would give this 10 stars if I could .

A must when visiting Bologna
Stefania was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide who provided a nice overview of foods and associated history of the region. Visiting different markets and tasting so many good things was enjoyable so that the three hours flew by. My wife considers it a highlight of our trip!

Bologna Food Tour
Mattia was a fablous guide! We walked and ate and drank our way through Bologna , leatning about its history and food culture. Always hand roll your pasta dough!
This was a great small group tour and I can’t recommend it enough. After the tour Mattia shared dining recommendations with the group via email.

Definitely recommend
Great walking and food tour. Food and portions sizes were more than tastes…. Huge portion sizes so it is definitely a meal. Food was great quality…. Very delicious…..Wine not so much but it’s not a wine tour. Jasmine was excellent - so energetic and took the time to point out many historical details. So it’s a bit of a walking tour of the town as well. Domenico also joined us for a portion of the tour and he was very engaging as well.
Great communication with them about meet up points. Too bad the tour business doesn’t have them be more identifiable though.

A must-do tour, if you're visiting Bologna.
Honestly, we spent a week in Bologna & Florence and this tour was the highlight of our trip! Our guide, Stefy was the best. As someone who lived in the region her entire life, she knew everything about the area and shared her love of the region, the food and wine culture. I was amazed by how much we were able to see in one day. I have a whole new appreciation for Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar. The restaurant we ate at felt very much like a place for locals. The food was delicious! The whole day, it felt like we were being shown around town by a family member. I highly recommend the tour and especially our tour guide, Stefy.

Wonderful introduction to Bologna.
This tour provided a perfect introduction to the special cuisine of Bologna. We learned a lot and had fun along the way. And the food / wine we tasted was delicious.
Our guide Darren was fabulous; he was friendly and knowledgeable and very interesting. I would definitely take another tour with him in the future.

I ended up being the only...
I ended up being the only one in my group so I got a private tour, which was lovely. Ilaria, my guide, was great! We made a few stops at local spots, and Ilaria was sure to point out notable landmarks and had great recommendations of what else I have to check out while in Bologna.

Incredible VIP Experience through the heart of Emilia Romana
This was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we were picked up until the end of the day we felt well taken care of and treated like VIPs. Despite being fairly adventurous on our own, my husband and I both believe we would have never made it to all of these places and received the same treatment in just one day. It was a fast pass to the heart of the Emilia Romana region and a true cannot-miss if you only have a few days in the area. Don’t think twice, book this tour!

My girlfriend and I took...
My girlfriend and I took a pasta course with Maria Grazia in her apartment in Bologna, and it was a wonderful experience. She was very welcoming from the start, and her lovely dog made us feel right at home. Maria Grazia explained everything clearly and was very patient, which made the class relaxed and enjoyable. It was really fun to learn about the different pasta shapes and to make them ourselves.
At the end, she cooked our fresh pasta with her homemade ragù, and it was absolutely delicious. It was especially nice to eat something we had made with our own hands. Overall, it was a great and authentic experience that I would definitely recommend.

A must do in Bologna!
Definitely recommend. Being in Bologna, the culinary capital of Italy, a local food tour was a must. We had a small group and it was great! There were 5 food tasting stops... street food, pasta, main dish, dessert and of course, coffee... plus additional stops to talk about other food products and history of and from the area. Our guide, Eugenio, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Loved everything!

A great experience the only point we would say as it was a Sunday and the traditional pasta making venue was closed we were taken to a fast food pasta store aka McDonalds pasta and it lost the authentic pasta making we were hoping for, the rest was great 👍🍷
