Exceptional Tour
Our tour guide, Alex was engaging and his depth of knowledge was very evident. He was able to answer our questions and entertain us throughout the day. It was an excellent way to learn about the Normandy Invasion. The van accommodations were very comfortable as well.

Worth It!
We attended the half day American and British Tour from Bayeux. Our guide gave us a lot of great history and local information, him being from the area. There were seven people on the tour. It was well worth it, and we are glad we booked this tour. A can't miss if you are here.

Historical knowledge delivered in an enjoyable, efficient tour
The tour covers not only D-Day's timeline and beyond, but also almost 30 miles of Normandy coastline. Our tour leader, Alex, spoke to us about the Allies' overall plans as well as specifics for numerous days of the battle. His sense of humor and ability to answer questions was admirable. Very pleased with our tour.

Bring good walking shoes. Be fit enough to use stairs in different D-Day locations and bring a camera.

Absolutely must do!
It’s hard to describe how moving it is to be where D-Day actually happened and then to visit the cemetery where so many brave souls are laid to rest. We also learned so much about the planning and execution of the D-Day attack. It was a not-to-be-missed experience.

Knowledgeable tour guide
Axle was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. She kept us on a time table so we could see everything without being rushed. We also enjoyed her personality!
