This walking tour provided a great intro to Barcelona on our first day. Tyler was well-versed in Spanish history/culture, local architecture, and fun facts. He was also very responsive to questions s from the group and shared recommendations about local restaurants and other sites to explore.

Made new friends from around the world sharing the food and drink of Barcelona
Our tour guide, Salvador was very friendly and knowledgeable. All the food and wine were delicious. But honesty, the best part of the tour were the other guests. How often do you get the chance to sit around a table with people from around the world to share wonderful food and drink in a place such as Barcelona. I’m not normally overly outgoing, but this group of people were easy to talk to and made this a very special tour to remember.

Go for the organ melodies and the stained glass windows
Seeing the inside of this building is simply a treat. I had no idea what we were going to see when my husband picked this tour out because he likes music, but the tour was wonderful. The stained glass windows are beautiful and the organ music was so heavenly I stayed to listen to it again. Don't hesitate - this is the perfect complement to Sagrada Familia - fewer crowds and cooler.

Sagrada Familia with towers in spanish
We were really surprised by the size of the basilique. It's so huge! If you go there, do not miss towers. We had a spanish guide even that we do not understand spanish well, just because english tours were not disponible any more for the date we needed. But it worth it anyway. From the tower you have to walk down the stairs which are really narrow at the final part.
