Good tour, even better guide

Really great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable, considerate, and patient. We had several other people show up late or to the wrong place and in between taking the rest of us to the entrance he called the agency and made sure they could join our tour before we went through the entrance. He was easily able to answer even difficult questions about Gaudi, the building, and the feelings of Barcelona residents about the construction of the Sagrada Família through time. He made sure we stayed in the shade and near fans when speaking for extended periods since it was 92 degrees and made sure everyone’s health and ability was considered. After the tour we had free reign to walk about the church and its truly breathtaking. I would recommend it for anyone, especially if it’s your first time in Barcelona.

Our Sagrada Família tour was absolutely wonderful! We booked through Viator, and the tour was provided by Crown Tours. The last time I visited Barcelona, I only saw the outside of the basilica. This time, I had the opportunity to experience the inside, and I truly believe it is a must-do for anyone visiting. Our guide, Albert, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history and story of this magnificent basilica to life. His insight made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Albert as your guide, to anyone visiting the Sagrada Família!

We had a wonderful tour with Anna exploring the incredible world of Antonio Gaudí. Anna was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and passionate about Barcelona and Gaudí’s work. She brought the architecture and history to life with interesting stories and details that we would have missed on our own. The tour was very well organized, informative, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Anna made the experience feel personal and was happy to answer all of our questions. We especially loved learning about the inspiration and meaning behind Gaudí’s unique designs. I highly recommend this tour and Anna to anyone visiting Barcelona. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

Our tour guide, William, was amazing—a wealth of knowledge who brought the history, architecture, symbolism, and incredible vision behind the basilica to life. The Sagrada Família itself is simply breathtaking. The mathematics behind the design, the incredible forethought that went into every element, and the way the light changes throughout the day are fascinating. Every detail seems to have meaning and purpose. I honestly think you could spend several days inside and still notice something new each time you walked through. There is just so much to take in. Absolutely worth the visit, and having William as our guide made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide overcame our torturous double hike up the hill

You need to plan a little ahead to get to the meeting spot. We followed the Apple Maps from the Viator app and it tried to take us through the park to get to the meeting place. We had to walk all the way down the hill and back up. This is not an easy walk. That part needs to be worked on to inform people. It very well could have ruined the tour. Some of us almost decided not to go while we were walking up the hill. That said our guide was great. His passion shined through. He also understood the group was tired and hot from the hike up the hill and guided us accordingly in shaded spots. Overall we enjoyed the tour. Wish the app would have guided us better towards the meeting place.

The tour was very informative and Sergio kept us completely engaged. The tour of the Gothic center was very interesting. The tour of the Sagrada Família was abit chaotic, but Sergio kept us on track. Unfortunately by the time we reached the Gaudi Milà house we were all a bit exhausted after experiencing Parc Güell.

Undivided attention

We really enjoyed our private tour with Carla. She has a wealth of historical knowledge about the Sagrada Família. She answered every question we had and was very easy to talk to. We were also so thankful she took many photos of us together which is hard to do when there are only two of you traveling. We were met on time exactly where we were advised There were no tickets to buy, however Viator still had tickets. Our guide Miguel was amazing Made us laugh throughout. Spoke so many languages and then used all the windows in the cathedral to show us how everyone and every religion can come together He was so knowledgeable about every area in the cathedral 🤩
