Highly recommend this experience if you’re down for a day of adventure! Our raft guide Mo was a great river captain, and kept us engaged in fun conversation and made us laugh. The river is also a gorgeous way to experience the Balinese jungle. Wayan on the ATVs was hilarious and kept the adrenaline up on our ride. We were very happy with how attentive and kind everyone in Bali is. This is a great way to spend your day if you want to experience the Bali jungle areas in a high energy way.

**Caution: Potential Scam** I recently had a very disappointing experience that cost me $300 AUD. I was genuinely excited about participating, but the entire process was unprofessional with no communication at all. After expressing my intention to ride my scooter as they did not collect us from villa, I was abruptly informed that there wasn't enough time for me to join, despite my eagerness. Attempts to communicate for clarification were met with silence, leaving me feeling frustrated and stranded. I expected a fun and engaging day, but instead, I was left with regret and no viable options. I strongly urge others to be cautious and thoroughly research before committing to this service. Protect yourself from similar frustrations.

The experience was excellent. The white water rafting was amazing with all the views. The quad bike experience was intense and enjoyable. However, be ready to climb down a few stairs before and climb up afterwards for the water rafting. I would highly recommend this trip.

This is two tours with separate companies and a driver that stays with you throughout the day. The river rafting was awesome - good for beginners but still very fun and the river is gorgeous! The ATV part is basically a big obstacle course set in the jungle. You should be already comfortable with ATVs, which we were not. Didn't feel very safe and was not good for sightseeing but seemed fun for people who enjoy an ATV obstacle course and are familiar with ATVs. The river rafting guide was awesome! The tour operators are very hard to get in touch with and didn't respond in a timely or clear manner to many of my messages. If I did it again I would have just booked river rafting and set up my own driver, although our driver was also great but it was just unnecessary to have a driver booked for the entire day.

Great tour activities but unprofessional organizers!

The rafting was amazing. The ATV was wonderful. The guides were very good. But the organizer was rude and unprofessional. I booked the tour a long time ago. My hotel was listed in the dropdown menu, and they confirmed my pickup at my hotel. But then they wrote me on WhatsApp late at night right before my morning tour saying that I was outside their pickup area, so I had to find my own way there, and I had to arrange a last minute taxi for an extra 700,000 rupiah. I also had to arrange a private transfer from the river rafting place to the ATV place, and also a ride back to my hotel. In comparison, it booked 2 other similar tours and they both did not have my hotel listed on their dropdown menu, and I was informed weeks in advance that I would have to pay extra to arrange a pickup and drop off to my hotel, which is fine if they tell you in advance. But this tour organizer was rude to me, and acted like I should know better, and they were very unprofessional when I was disappointed about their last minute change. Even though they had confirmed my pickup at 8am at my hotel weeks in advance. I feel they should refund me the extra money I had to pay since my hotel was listed in the pickup dropdown menu, and they confirmed it.

dear customer all these reviews are not entirely true, the customer's address is very far and outside our pick-up area cover, before ordering we have included the pick-up and drop area cover but the customer did not read it, we have told the customer that the driver cannot pick up the customer because the pickup and drop costs are not comparable We have filled in the details completely and have sent a message to the customer if the address does not match the hotel pickup and drop area cover, please read before ordering something. thank you

Really good. Quad bike course not for the fair minded or if you want to stay clean. Rafting really good but lots of steps to get down to the river and lots coming back up from the river. And I mean LOTS of steps. You have been warned!

Felt deceived by the company

Supposedly, I made a reservation for 1 quad bike for 2 adults but the site should be clearer about this since I never thought that 2 big adults would use the same bike. When I got to the quad place, I was told about this and asked 600,000 IDR ($40USD) to be able to have my own quad bike. I refused. Yes, maybe it is my fault for not doing better research when I booked these services but I also feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed. I’m sorry, but two big, burly men would NEVER ride on the same little quad bike, like ever. No apologies or any type of assistance was even suggested by the company and this is why I give them 1 stars (I’d give them zero stars if I could).

The rafting was extraordinary, the winding river with amazing carvings into the stone along the walls of the river. The high river walls covered in bamboo, palm and wildlife was a beautiful experience. Our guide was amazing and guiding we 4 women made the trip into an adventure, going backwards and swiveling around the river rocks 8n tight spaces. Highly recommend Ayuha River adventures. The Atv guide was great and the course was very well defined. Highly recommend this trip.

First off the staff is absolutely GREAT !! Our issues stem from the tour operaatorowner......they do not tell you that if you come from anywhere other than Ubud expect to spend 5 hours in the car roundtrip !! The rafting: The guide was excellent !! the trip down river was better than expected. We had one other couple on the raft but the guide made it the best due to informative and having a fun competition with the other rafts. All parties laughed, had a great trip and built beautiful memories. The ATV: the guides again were more than gracious, informative and just genuinely good people. they are the ones that make the trip the most memorable, we moved fast, we had fun, would do it again. The tour operator: Horrible for not informing clients of the time required in transportation. i am not saying we would have not done it but it would have been nice to know. As for the ATV, we had to wait over an hour as the operator did not have the needed staff so that delayed our whole day.....again, i can not blame the staff for the operators poor management

What a great adventure!! This was one for the books - the rafting was super fun ( but be ready to walk a ton of stairs to water… and wear water shoes not flip flops!) and the ATVs were like no other. Absolutely unforgettable- driving in and up the mountains through rivers and mud- tons of dirty fun! Expect to get filthy and have a blast! Guides at rafting and ATVs were all courteous and fun. Our driver Soma was also awesome. So far this has been the highlight of our Bali trip. Highly recommend!

Our driver John was so amazing, such a cheerful, happy and professional guy. We couldn’t fault him. Water rafting was so much fun! Our guide was very friendly and made it so enjoyable and felt safe at all times. Quad biking was the most extreme one I have done, but was a great experience. Lunch was available at both places and was very tasty.

Tbh we just got back and are so knackered . This tour has to be the best. The organisation was 2nd to non. Picked up by a lovely guy, Ritchie.. taken to tye rafting center given out equipment and taken to the point to walk down to the river. Be warned there are hundreds of steps down but worth every one. Had 2+ amazing hours in the boats then walked back up the hundreds of steps. Had hit showers towels provided. Then a light local lunch. Then taken 15 mins away to the Atv,s we booked tandem. Tbh my wife would have struggled as this was two intensive hours of muddy slippery trails, driving in river beds and all through the jungle. Finished off with another hot shower and more local foods. This is a full on intensive 10 hours but excellent organisation and value for money. Never had a bad tour from this company. And this is the tour you must do.. loved and laughter all day long.

The white water rafting experience that we had was amazing, and we would recommend this to anyone. We had a yummy Indonesian buffet afterwards for lunch, and the guide we had was fantastic. Our driver provided through this booking was lovely, however it was not explained to us that this experience was not lead by 1 tour group/guide but rather, is a driver taking you to two different companies. The atv experience we had was not great. This experience seemed to be run by cretya day club. Throughout the atv ride a number of the atv's broke down or were faulty and needed to be replaced.

Fantastic time had by all the family thanks to our special guide Dicky. We had a couple of issues with the ATV's out on the ride but the staff sorted them out immediately so we could continue the trek with our party. They were a very professional outfit with a good safety brief. The route was good especially through the river. If you take it easy you can stay relatively dry and clean, but we went for it and got wet and muddy! Don't miss out on a great trip.

The white water rafting guides were amazing. Super fun, energetic, and funny people. Made the ride very enjoyable and are able to slightly alter their plan to what you want to do (ex: how much swimming you want to do). The quad bikes were awesome as well, and the guides are great with you no matter if you have risen quad bikes before or if you are new to it. Food at both places was wonderful too and the infinity pool after quad bikes was beautiful.

It's a complete scam. I paid for a rafting + ATV tour, 2 meals and transportation. They tell me that the rafting tour is cancelled while we've already been on the road for a while and that we can't turn back. In total, for 4 people, they only reimbursed me $50, telling me it was only $9 for rafting. Knowing that we had neither our 2nd meal nor return transport. Avoid this agency altogether.

While the white water rafting and quad bike ride were awesome, with Hari for the rafting and Artha and Guse for the bike ride, the car provided was disappointing, uncomfortable and driven badly by the driver. Since we had nearly two hours each way from hotel to the trips we were subjected to the awful car ride. The driver was very insensitive and every time he changed gears ( it was not an automatic car like we had for all the other 4 days) it was very jerky and discomforting. It was a hot day and he insisted on turning off the airconditioner every few minutes and we had to request each time we felt hot . That is why although I would have given a 4 point rating for the activity experience, I downgraded to a 2.

Fun adventure near ubud

The entire trip was great start to finish. Our driver Tude was on time and took us to each spot. The rafting was very fun and we even got into some splashing water fights and go to go under a waterfall. Our guide Tono was great too! The ATV was a blast! We have never ridden an ATV or motor bike of any sort before and Toko made sure we knew what we were doing and went at a great pace! Highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants a little extra adventure in Ubud.
