Great experience visiting...
Great experience visiting Kom Ombo and Edfu. Pickup was easy and everything ran smoothly. The guide was knowledgeable and shared details I wouldn’t have picked up on my own. I also appreciated having time to walk around on my own. Overall, it was a good experience.

A Journey Through Ancient Egypt Made Unforgettable by Hady
We want to express our deepest gratitude for the most memorable journey we could have ever hoped for — the 3-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. This adventure was full of history, wonder, and once-in-a-lifetime moments, but what truly made it unforgettable was our incredible guide, Hady.
From the very first moment, starting with the airport pickup, Hady set a tone of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Right away we knew we were in excellent hands. Every detail — from transportation to excursions — was smoothly organized, and nothing ever felt confusing or rushed. Hady managed all logistics effortlessly, including the tickets and transfers, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the trip.
Over the four days, we visited some of the most awe-inspiring ancient sites in the world: from the powerful history behind the Aswan High Dam and the serene beauty of the island temple of Philae, to the incredible rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, the fascinating dual temple of Kom Ombo, the majestic Temple of Horus in Edfu, and the breathtaking complexes of Karnak and Luxor, plus the unforgettable Valley of the Kings and Temple of Hatshepsut on Luxor’s West Bank. Each stop was rich with culture, mystery, and wonder.
But what made these experiences truly meaningful was Hady’s profound knowledge and passion for ancient Egyptian civilization. He didn’t just point at ruins and names — he told stories, shared historical context, and explained the significance of everything we saw in a way that made it feel alive. At every temple and site, we felt history unfurl before us, helped by his thoughtful explanations and deep expertise. His enthusiasm was contagious, and even the most complex history became easy to understand and emotionally impactful.
Beyond his knowledge, Hady cared deeply about our comfort, happiness, and well-being. He always checked in to make sure we were comfortable, offered gentle guidance during long travel days, and made sure everyone felt included and supported. His kindness went far beyond being a guide — it felt like travelling with someone who truly wanted us to have the best experience possible.
Because of him, what could have been just a beautiful trip became an emotional and deeply meaningful journey. We didn’t just see these ancient wonders — we felt them. We will forever treasure the memories of this cruise, not only for the places we visited but also because of the way Hady helped us connect with every moment.
Thank you, Hady, for pouring your heart into every step of this journey. You made history come alive for us — and in doing so, made this trip one we will always remember with joy and gratitude.

Don’t skip Abu Simbel!!
I am so glad we did this trip, and with this tour company (Emo Tours). They picked us up in a super comfortable mini van even though it was just my husband and I. There were 2 drivers so that no one would be too tired of driving that day. And our guide “Max” was super knowledgeable. The entire team was super helpful and professional.
Communication between the man agency and the drivers was not as flawless, so I suggest you make sure to communicate very clearly with them to avoid mixups (we changed our pick up spot and they sent the driver to the original place. It took us a bit of back and forth until they realized they sent the drivers to the old hotel)

Great one-on-one varied tour
Overall a very good trip. We were lucky enough to have our own personal guide with driver (unfortunately can’t remember her name). I guess if others have booked the same tour it may not be a one-on-one trip.
We visited the Aswan Dam and Philae Temple (via motor boat) and Unfinshed Obelisk. Great history and our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Allowed us to ask lots of questions and not just about the trip, but can also ask general questions about Egypt and the local area.
Only negative was that the trip included a stop off at a Spice store and a Perfume store where both felt like a hard sell and we felt a little pressured into purchases where the prices weren’t really cheap.

Don't worry about online reservation
With this tour, you can go to Abu Simbel Temple on your own!
At first, I was worried about whether I could go to Abu Simbel without any problems in the early morning. I was also worried if my reservation was handled well because I booked it online.
However, thanks to good communication with Mirna through WhatsApp, I was able to prepare well for the tour and finish it safely. She confirmed my reservation perfectly and kindly noticed me for the tour.
If I go Abu Simbel again, I will choose this tour again! Moreover, this tour is cheaper than $35 offered by my hostel.

Highly recommendible!
If you are in Aswan this tour is a 'must do'... The Aswan High Dam is nice to see, but the real highlight is the Philae Temple on the island, which also houses a Roman temple. A magic place!
Both the driver and the guide (Aida) where five star quality. The guide gives you a lot of information about both the Greek and Roman temples. And she is very funny... 😉

Wonderful exploration of...
Wonderful exploration of Aswan major sites. Our guide Zak was the best guide we’ve had on our Egypt trip so far. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent English (he was concerned about this but his language skills were great). He pointed out all the details we would have missed on our own. Transit and other details of the tour were as expected.

Essential Egyptian Tourism Experience
As described, trip included a nice boat (ours was the Royal Signature Olivia), all tickets to temples and Abu Simbel included, and a tour guide (ours was Magdy from Egypt Knight Tours, who we had a great experience with). You run the course of the sites alongside numerous other boats at the same time, actually going through some of them when you are docked to get off the water and to the sites. Expect early mornings to hit temples early as the boats all have a system for completing the route on a certain amount of time. Food was buffet style and okay quality; however, service was very good and workers were nice. For Valley of the Kings, ask your guide about tombs that cost additional amounts like Seti I (incredible) and King Tut (historically important for archaeology but very small). They will let you know what they recommend.

Great experience
It was a very good experience with koroloss and Ahmed ( the guide )
Thank you for being so helpful
Ps: the service team forget about my reservation and didn’t send me guide contact

Great cruise over the Nile
The room was clean, spacious, with a big window to look outside. The bathroom was also good, with hairdryer, shower and amenities.
The swimming pool was a plus, and a great way to see the Nile. The restaurant offered different options and the staff was always very kind and ready to help.

Exactly what we were looking for
The entire tour was very well organized and our guide Mohammed Wafa was very knowledgeable. We were able to experience everything we wanted. We were contacted by Heba as soon as we booked the tour and she took care of all the details ensuring to answer any questions I had regarding the trip. She also checked in to make sure things were going well. Our guide Mohamed Wafa was excellent! He really took care of us and explained everything in great detail.
This Nile cruise tour like every other Nile cruise tour does require you to be up and out around 4-5am but the sights you see and experience makes it all worth it!

Amazing experience
Food was great, different every night. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Our viator provided tour guide, Sayed, went above and beyond for us on countless occasions. We've been in Egypt for a month and our most memorable day was on the Nile with him! Thank you :)

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Whether you’re in Aswan for a day as part of a Nile cruise or staying longer, it’s a fantastic base for visiting the heavyweight ancient sites to its north and south. You'll find a bumper choice of out-of-town tours, from private and shared-group road or air excursions to Abu Simbel’s lakeside temples to expeditions to Luxor’s antiquities. For more leisurely outings, consider sightseeing in and around the city on one of many multi-stop Aswan day trips. Popular itineraries cover local highlights like the semi-carved ancient obelisk, the city’s modern dam, and Philae’s picturebook island temple.
