We will meet in Piazza Duomo, the main square of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will test your knowledge about limoncello. Once all doubts have been clarified, especially on the choice of alcohol and the recognition of a quality liqueur, I will explain the maceration, production and bottling process in detail. Later, I will show you how to taste it and at what temperature to serve it. After the initial tasting, a short historical paragraph will follow which will explain the origins of the famous "Amalfi gold". Next, you will personally experience the production of my grandparents' original recipe. Finally, I will reveal some tips for your future experiences at home! Please inform me of any food allergies.

The Amalfi Coast is one of the most romantic places in Italy, and one of the easiest to make a marriage proposal. On this private experience, a local couple helps you and your (hopefully) future better half prepare a traditional meal together and organize everything needed to make your proposal on a balcony overlooking the sea. That includes flowers, a photographer, and an agreed-upon time to pop the question.

Our history of agricultural production in Amalfi began with our family patriarch Luigi, 4 generations ago. At 10:30 am I arrive at the Agriturismo "Il Tintore". Greetings and a small welcome drink. Then delivery of the baskets that will be used for the collection of seasonal products directly in the garden. At the end what was collected is taken to the kitchen and preparation begins. First of all it is explained how do pasta by hand (Gnocchi or Tagliatelle) with the details of the quantity of ingredients and then proceed to the dough. Then the guests prepare the sauce with what they collected in the garden. With the same products we prepare a second and TUTTI A TAVOLA ....

On board a characteristic vintage car you will live a unique experience, admiring breathtaking views along the Amalfi Coast. The departure is scheduled from Amalfi and will continue in the direction of Ravello. Ravello, a panoramic terrace overlooking infinity, is a precious treasure chest of history, culture and beauty to discover. Enjoy free time to visit the city and then taste the authentic flavors of the prized Italian oil with local specialties (tasting duration 1h). During the return to Amalfi we will take photos and talk about the traditions of the place.

This small-group cooking class in a local home is designed for a maximum of 12 people.

Better known for its seaside villages, the Amalfi Coast is also home to some of southern Italy’s prettiest hiking trails—if you know where to find them. On this private tour, follow your guide on a hike from the town of Amalfi to Pogerola in the hills above the coast. It’s a relatively easy journey suitable for moderately fit hikers—and your guide provides trekking poles if you need them.
