AMAZING! Roberto and Francesca are not only incredibly social, they love sharing their passion and their outdoor kitchen - the views are awe inspiring. We learned so much during our pizza class experience and can't stop talking about it. What a great experience. We were the only two in the class. Chef Roberto and Francesca welcomed us into their home and made us feel like old friends. We shared stories, laughed, and learned the pizza making process from start to finish. It was a completely hands on experience from start to finish. Many of the ingredients were fresh from their terrace. Chef Roberto gave us many valuable tips in the pizza making process. Francesca showed us how to make limoncello ice cream. After we prepared and cooked our pizzas, we all sat down together and ate our pizzas and ice cream. Tiffany and I had such a wonderful time with this special couple. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We highly recommend. As a bonus, the view is incredible.

Absolutely incredible time! Roberto and Francesca were phenomenal hosts and we really had a great time spending time with and learning from them. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this class to anybody remotely interested in authentic Italy and a beautiful view to boot! This class was the highlight of our trip and we'll be using the lessons we learned to make a lifetime of delicious pizza at home!

We had the best day hanging out with Francesca and Roberto, where we were treated to a first class cooking experience in their home. The villa was gorgeous, from their perfect and well kept garden to their most serene porch, where the view of Amalfi and the water just took my breath away. It was there that we were taught about quality ingredients and how to use some TLC to create delicious Neopolitan pizzas. After sitting down and enjoying the pizza and some wine, we tried the homemade ice cream that we put together before starting our pizza projects and man, we killed it! I would recommend this coming class experience to anytime who wants a taste of authenticity from the Amalfi Coast.

This pizza class experience with Roberto and Francesca far exceeded our expectations! They welcomed us into their beautiful home with a spectacular view in the hills of Amalfi. Roberto picked us up in the piazza in the center of Amalfi and drove the four of us, my husband and I, and our two sons in their 20’s. The views in the outdoor kitchen were incredible as Roberto helped us prepare pizza dough from scratch, the sauce, toppings and ingredients picked freshly as we prepared our afternoon meal. He was very willing to share his vast cooking experiences and family recipe secrets. Francesca was an incredible hostess and as the pizza dough raised we prepared two different desserts from scratch. The name “Pizza Class Experience” does not do this justice. It is so much more than that! Be prepared to spend approx 4-5 hours which includes transit to and from their home. We ALL enjoyed this experience and consider it one of the highlights of our trip to Amalfi. Thank you Roberto and Francesca for welcoming us into your home. You made us immediately feel like family and the incredible meal we enjoyed was just the icing on the cake!

The pizza and the view were so so good! What was even better were the hosts! They welcomed us into their home and ee instantly felt at ease. The time quickly slipped by and we were eating delicious pizza. Would highly recommend taking the class and excited to try this at home with the recipe they provided to us :)
