Giannis, our driver, and Ricardo, our guide, were an awesome pair. When my elderly mom couldn’t keep up with the walking tour, Giannis gladly let mom stay in the van with him and he drove her around to see some of the sites. Meanwhile the rest enjoyed a lively walk around old town with Ricardo.
Enjoyed the boat ride and loved the chocolate museum.

To be honest, we thought this was a ripoff. Vasi, our guide, was a very nice guy and personable and knowledgeable. But he was with us for only 2 hours, during which we drove to a city overlook and walked through old town. He then dropped us off at the lake cruise terminal and gave us tickets and we were on our own. The driver picked us up at the end of the 30 minute cruise and drove us the very short distance to Lindt (everyone else walked easily). The driver then waited for us while we did the 1.5 hour tour and drove us back to our hotel. All for $1,000 USD for 4 people. The cruise tickets and Lindt were at most 25 Francs each. We could have very easily done this on our own for far less money and would highly recommend that everyone do so. There is no reason to spend this much money on such a basic tour that can easily be done on your own. We really felt like we were ripped off.

We had an excellent tour guide in Ricardo and also an excellent driver. They went out of their way to make the time very enjoyable. Lindt chocolate factory is a must see.

The tour was a wonderful overview of Zurich. Our guide, Liana, was very knowledgeable and so kind. We liked the mix of walking through old town, a quick boat ride along the lake, and ending with a tour of the Lindt factory. Our driver, Beli, was also very friendly and tool great care of us from car, to boat, to cat again. He also recommended a wonderful lunch spot for us. I highly recommend this tour.

Celio was our tour guide and he was awesome, very knowledgeable..nice clean transport, great walking tour. There was no train ride as the excursion advertised but maybe that's a seasonal thing. He gave us a tip to go up to Felsenegg, which had a amazing view of the city and lake and cool restaurant up there. Highly recommend!

This experience was truly wonderful beginning with our Lindt factory tour in the morning, then a short boat ride and additional touring around the city and to the FIFA headquarters. My almost 80 year old mother particularly enjoyed it as we had the comfort of being in our own private car with air conditioning and could stop and go as we pleased.

It was a fantastic tour , we are grateful to our very attentive driver who showed us the panoramic view of Zurich , he even made sure we made it to the right bus on our tour the following day . He gave a lot of informations during the tour on how to navigate the beautiful city of Zurich .

We wanted to visit all of the highlights of Zurich and learn about the city, because we have never been to Switzerland and didn’t know what to expect, but rather, we were met with a driver who didn’t seem knowledgeable about the city, didn’t take us many places, and rushed us from location to location. One thing in particular that bothered me was that the description said that there was a boat tour/cruise and it was really only a 10 minute boat ride to the chocolate factory. The only positive thing about this tour was the private transportation and the chocolate museum. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

- The Zurich Cruise and chocolate tour, includes a Zurich highlights tour with a private licensed driverguide, not a driver. Your host was a licensed guide by Switzerland Tourism and as discussed the evening before your tour on this platform, we would take you to the university area, lake area, a viewpoint in Zurich, a short drive through the old town, and then on to the boat (pick up at 10.30 h, the boat departure at 12.30 h - we had discussed this. It's not a historical walking tour, but a combination of Zurich's highlights, cruise and chocolate museum)
- The boat ride is 27 minutes, not 10. The boat departs from Zurich at 12.30 h and arrives to Kilchberg at 12.57 h
- Happy to hear you liked the chocolate part of the tour, and very happy too we managed last minute tickets for you at the museum, which were actually sold out.

Ok tour a little fast,guide treated us good but seemed in a rush.The driver and the guide were not punctual at meeting times.Overall ok but not for the money of a private tour.Thank you

I will check what happened regarding the punctuality, as the guide sent me a message at 13.20 h that she was on location, and she could not find you at the hotel (your tour was about to start at 13.30 h). Also the driver was scheduled to pick you up at 17.30 h and he was already on location at the Lindt Home of Chocolate at 16.00 h. I think with so many people around it must have been challenging to find eachother although you had each others numbers. Nuno was a great driver and guide. Loved having a private experience so we could go at our own pace and stay longer where we wanted or speed up over the less compelling parts of the city for our day out. Nuno very kindly offered to take several photos for us so we could all be in the picture. The ferry was lovely and the Lindt experience was much more interesting and delicious than expected.
