Booked over a month in advance. Paid in full. I arrived 30 min prior to my scheduled time and no one showed. No note. No response to my messages. Just blew me off. DO NOT schedule this activity. Ridiculous.

Looks fun, but I wouldn't know. We showed up at the reserved 10:30am time, and waited until 11am. No one showed up.
This was our first time we had a blast. Can’t wait for the go pro footage.

I’m really scared of heights and I requested the manager to inspire me before take off. He simply advised me to close my eyes for 2 seconds and then open — that’s it! This was one of my best experience in Yerevan. This place is absolute beauty! I recorded my entire trip on GOPro.

4th zip line I have done, staff were all very helpful, and the zip line was very good. The trip across the gorge was interesting, the "Soviet park" as someone has called it is what it is!!!
The experience did NOT happen! When we arrived on time at the meeting point we were told it was too much wind. When we reclaimed the money we paid, we were referred to you, (Viator). We therefore ask for a refund of the total price!
