Great transfer. Sergey was on time at our hotel. even earlier. His car is very clean and spacious. Sergey is a very professional driver, he can speak good English. Sergey is very polite person and very aware what good service should look like. Definitely I recommend to book the transfer with Sergey. He immediately sent me a Whatsupp when I booked the tour, I liked it a lot.

Our driver was Artur who picked us up from our hotel in Tbilisi and dropped us off in Yerevan. Along the way we made two stops and Artur was very informative, telling us about Armenian history and culture. He was a safe and very knowledgeable driver - with him you're in great hands. The trip is a bit on the expensive side, but it takes the worry away when you are crossing the border. Communication with Artur and Sergey was very smooth.

Highly recommended! Arthur was very professional with good work ethics. We felt very safe from pick up to drop off that we had to book him again the following day for a private tour. He is very patient, knowledgable and thoughtful. He took really nice pictures too. We would book him again when we come back to Armenia.

My first ever review on Viator and am happy to give it to Sergey whom I highly recommend. He is not just friendly but very professional throughout, always looking out for you and truly goes the extra mile and beyond on his own. We felt comfortable and at ease all the time (just us two girls). Safety is his priority and it was important this time due to winter conditions. Car was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had wifi, with USB ports to charge our phones too. No regrets doing an additional day tour with him (he even planned a lunch stop which I had forgotten to think about, and it was yummy by the way. The trout was so so good. The name of the restaurant made us laugh.). He speaks and communicates good english over messaging too. We appreciate his hard work/ commitment to still walk with us to explain the sights even though he had a leg injury. My friend who travels often and does many of such road guided tours sung praises and reminded me to drop the positive review. LOL!

Our driver Gor is friendly and a very calm and smooth driver. The stops along the route were interesting and order crossing went fairly quickly. Highly recommend as you can see much more of both Georgia and Armenia than on a flight, and the price is also very competitive.

Sergey who owns his business took us from Tbilisi to Yerevan by land travel May 6 2024 with stops to several landmarks (Haghartsin, Sevanavank, Goshavank monasteries) including our request to make a lunch stop in a top rated restaurant, Tsaghkunk & Gikhetun.
We also hired Sergey to take us on tours the days we stayed in Armenia. He speaks and understands english fairly well so communication was easy. Never late for pick ups.
Be careful when you hire land tours between Tbilisi and Yerevan. Some drivers can only drive you to the border of Georgia or Armenia. You then will need to walk with your luggage between border crossings and its a few hundred meters apart. Tour drivers like Sergey has a special lD that allows him as in our case, to drop us off at the Georgian border to exit, leave our luggage in his vehicle then take us to the Armenian border where we had to get our passports stamped and luggage checked then help load our luggage back in his vehicle and be on our way.

Sergey was a great driver. We had communicated a few day before the scheduled transport via whatapps to ascertain the pick up time.
On the scheduled morning, he actually came and pick us on his spacious Honda(not sure the model).
Land border crossing at Georgia and Armenia was a breeze. This is the reason why we had chosen private transport versus the overnite train.
As part of the scheduled itinerary, Sergey stop at Haghartsin Monastery and lake Sevan since both attractions are located on our way to Yerevan. This save us the time so we don't have to back track here again and there are part of places we wanted to visit in Armenia.

I was very worried about my night trip back to Tbilisi from Yerevan so I paid a lot for Sergey to drive me with no stops to Tbilisi airport. I was hesitant but made sure to have Sergey drive me as I wanted to travel safely and have good conversation. During my week in Yerevan everyone told me to cancel him and travel to Tbilisi for less than half the price I paid. I should have listened. Sergey says he told me he might not show up after the fact but it's not true. In the end another driver I never met and doesn't speak English showed up to pick me up. His car was uncomfortable and smelled like fish. After I arrived in Tbilisi Sergey told me it would be unsafe if he drove me. Although the driver I got was kind and did his best, he even drove safely, I was so disappointed in Sergey. I would not use him again. I spent A LOT for roundtrip driving and feel in a way cheated. Not worth it for sure. I would recommend a cheaper option if this is what you get. Sergey seemed like a nice guy but I think I wouldn't recommend his service after my experience.

I think this transfer is quite expensive but I wanted a safe drive with stops at places along the way to Yerevan since I had issues with my flight. Communication with Sergey was good before the trip. This transfer was good but in the end he was training a new young driver and spent most of the time talking with him. The driver was good and we saw many places before arriving in Yerevan. My return trip to Tbilisi was much different and was a disappointment however. Read my next review.

this is a great tour. a combination of transfer from tbilisi to yerevan plus sightseeing on attractions in armenia along the way.
the car was comfortable and Arthur was a great driver. the highlight of the tour was lunch with his lovely family. if you ever book this tour, please request for Arthur.

Sergey was so friendly and professional - during the tour he offered incredible info on Armenian culture and history. When I saw something interesting to photograph along the route, he was so kind to stop and allow me plenty of time to see what I wanted to see.
This was a perfect welcome to Armenia and I'd sure be happy to have Sergey as a driver/guide on future visits.

We booked this service to transfer between Tbilisi and Yerevan. This was a great experience overall. Our driver Artur was friendly, professional and drove very safely. The pickup from our hotel was on time and the whole trip was as agreed beforehand. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Sergey is a very safe driver and navigated the road from Tbilisi to Yerevan with ease. We had smooth sailing through customs as well and he explained what to expect. After picking us up at Holiday Inn, Tbilisi, our driver told us it would take an hour to the border and then 3.5 hours to Yerevan. When arriving at the Armenian border, our driver lent us AMD20,000 in case we need to pay the visa fee. When arriving at a convenience shop for toilet stop, our driver offered to lend us some AMD so that we may buy something.
During the trip, he kept updating us the progress and when we would actually arrive at our hotel. When arriving at our hotel in Yerevan, he retrieved our luggage and brought to the check in counter.
So, the transfer was great and smooth. My wife and I appreciated his excellent service very much.
