Today’s tour was an amazing experience. Our guide, Mania, and our driver, Joseph, were both incredibly professional and friendly. We visited the Tsaghkadzor Ropeway and Lake Sevan, and everything was well-organized and smooth. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the whole tour felt memorable. It was a great tour! The lake was nice and cool but I got super burnt! The sun there is pretty strong so remember to put on sun screen!
Also it gets really hot in the bus, I think the AC is blowing at the weakest so the back of the bus gets very hot.
The fish was really tasty, pretty boney, look out, but really tasty.

Hyur Service the tour operator is very professional and good .. the driver and the Guide Karen were very nice .. Karen had a very good knowledge of history of all these Monasteries and also was very good in english .. he evn gave us water and some pastries .
Everything was very well organised. Even the vegetarian lunch was very good . Thanks to Guide Karen !

Manya was a great guide with a lovely sense of humour. There was a good measure of ballance between travel and walk.
The salads and fruit at lunch were excellent but the fish wasn't so.

This was a great way to explore the lovely Armenian Countryside....we saw 2 monasteries....took a ride on a cable car that let us take wonderful views of the Armenian mountains you can ride horses on top of the mountain or eat some cool local snacks then we visited Lake Sevan the biggest lake in Armenia and tried a really tasty trout that's cought locally and grilled to perfection one of the most delicious fish dinners I've ever had....the guides and the driver were super friendly and very knowledge about Armenia....it was a great day to enjoy this beautiful country and learn about it's fascinating history and culture.

Knowledgeable and friendly guide, did the tour in English and Russian. Enough time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. Great coach and driver with heating and WiFi. Food very good, circa 4000 for everything on the table plus a main meal. Only downside for me was the ropeway only going 1/3 up the mountain rather than the top, and I think it should be advertised as such (n.b. To go to the top would be tight on the timescale, and incur extra fees). All that said, a fair package/price, and whole trip lasted 7.5 hours so back in time for the theatre.

I loved the great food provided for lunch. Personally, I don't find it easy eating trout because of the bones, but the food was great nevertheless. I didn't ski but still enjoyed the Tsaghkadzor Ropeway ride which was fun. Kecharis Monastery was beautiful. The trip was so much better with WiFi access inside the bus.

our tour guide had the perfect information on the monasteries to keep us locked & informed. her way of explaining was brief, to the point, and interesting. the trout bbq was amazing! loved lake sevan. it was rainy and too cold to enjoy the water, but overall experience was amazing. we were given enough & more time for every stop to ensure all was seen and enjoyed.

1 We travelled as a family of four 2 adults and 2 kids.
2 Trip was well organised and very enjoyable due to the services of our guide Karine.
3 Lunch at Sevan lake was very scenic. But felt that it was over priced for what we were served.
4 As the total trip was only 7 hours, felt a little hurried.

Экскурсия была омрачена совершенно непрофессиональным поведением гида. Когда группа прибыла в Цахкадзор, то канатная дорога была закрыта, но затем, когда местные работники увидели, что можно заработать деньги, т.к. было много людей , желающих поехать по канатной дороге, то они сказали, что всё в порядке, только сиденья немного мокрые. Мы сели, и когда стали подниматься, то наверху был сильнейший дождь и град.Естественно они знали об этом, но желание заработать деньги превыше моральных устоев. Гид также должна была знать, что если внизу мелкий дождь, то наверху он значительно сильнее, но не сочла нужым предупредить людей. Все, кто поехал по канатной дороге вымокли до нитки и замёрзли. Переодеться было не во что, и люди были вынуждены купить одежду в магазине, куда нас завезли возможно, это было спланировано заранее. Естественно было потрачено много времени на покупку в принципе не нужной, но необходимой на тот момент одежды. Я и мой муж простудились и всё наше путешествие было испорчено.
