The Flaming Gorge Bus tour takes you to the best stops through The Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area along an All-American Road, one of just 37 in the country. Amazing experience! Saw incredible views, wildlife, vegetation and water. Lucy offered wonderful descriptions of everything--she is so knowledgeable on so many things. Stories about the history of the area, especially outlaws, were fascinating and fun. Lucy made sure everyone was comfortable and always happy to answer anything! She was so gracious, smart and kind, she sincerely loves presenting this tour. The bus driver, Jim, was able to get through some tricky roads. Kylor was also helpful. The donuts, snacks, lunch and ice cream were yummy. A golden day for my husband and myself. Thank you!

Great tour. Lots of scenic views, interesting info. Comfortable bus with WC. Great lunch, snacks, ice cream. No pop with lunch, but you can buy something at the dam visitor center. Highly recommend.

I noticed that Le Bus had seatbelts, but I didn't see anyone use them, probably because they weren't aware of them.
You may want to include an EpiPen in your first-aid kit. One of the passengers who was allergic to bee stings got stung by a bee, but didn't bring his EpiPen on the trip.

This was a brief but not hasty trip around the gorge. The guides shared their knowledge from years past of workings with the BLM and recreating at the gorge. This included hiking several short trails at various stops, to sharing personal maps of the area, to sharing books of colorful characters of the past that had resided in the area, to sharing artifacts that are incorporated in the environment and the stories they told, as well as encouraging interaction with the local employees at the lake who would share further information when a person takes a more person and in-depth trip to any one of the multiple stops.
There were visits present who had taken the tour multiple times and I see why.
All those who wonder are not lost, but those who wonder with a guide have a task and purpose.

The tour was fantastic! Great staff, good information, and beautiful scenery. Plenty of stops to really feel your surroundings, instead of just looking out the window. They made sure we were comfortable and provided a wonderful picnic lunch. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great trip! Appreciated the stories along the bus trip in between the stops. Had a lot of stops which was great! Snacks, lunch & ice cream were a good addition to the trip. Saw a lot on the ride! Definitely recommend!

My husband and I talked about the great time we had on this tour. We agreed that it was so nice to not have to drive and guess at where the great places were to stop. Got some awesome pictures! The tour employees were knowledgable and very nice.

We were a group of seniors on a day excursion. We enjoyed every minute of the Flaming Gorge bus Tour. The weather was perfect and so were our hosts! Very beautiful country we covered and learned a lot of history about that area. Highly recommend this day tour to one and all.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about Flaming Gorge and general area. She and her assistant patiently answered all questions. My teens appreciated games, provided snacks and ice cream. The bus driver did excellent job getting us safely to our destination on often treacherous roads. We rode in comfort with plenty of time to absorb all the sites. Great option for non outdoorsy types or those simply wanting relaxing experience.

Stacy was fantastic. Visited my daughter from IL with my sons and wy fantastic son-in-law. The entire team did a great job. This tour was perfect! Great weather, comfortable bus and a brilliant tour guide. Judy was so knowledgeable about so many things--history, local lore, wildlife, the best views--and she told it all in an engaging and compelling way. She is also humorous and entertaining. The other staff, Presley and a young man whose name I can't remember, were equally helpful and attentive, making sure that everything ran smoothly. Such kindness and enthusiasm. The bus driver, Sydney, was very skillful with some challenging roads, I felt safe and comfortable. The lunch was amazing, and the donuts and ice cream were fun treats. This was a really enriching experience. Exploring Wyoming was beautiful. However, having it's Old West history being relayed along the way gave it an incredible dimension. But the best part was the staff. They all went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. They were friendly, inclusive, and had lots of treats and games if we wanted to partake. Lunch was really good. This was so much more than a bus tour. I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

Lucy made the trip so much fun and so full of information. She always told us what to expect, she fed us snacks and lunch and water constantly, she arranged trivia games and a scavenger hunt, and she made everyone feel welcome and comfortable with their own level of participation. In spite of the bus breaking down (!), Lucy and her fellow workers Megan and Mike kept us safe and arranged a 'fix' within a very short time.
The timing and length of stops was perfect. All in all, a most wonderful experience for a very fair price of time and dollars.

Flaming Gorge is beautiful. The tour goes to the best overlooks to see the gorge. The tour guides were wonderful. They were knowledgeable about everything - animals, history, geology. They made sure all of our needs were met - lunch, snacks, water, bathroom. We stopped at 2 visitor centers, where you could get more information, buy things (and they told you that when we got there).
Some of the breaks seemed a little short, but that was probably because I was too busy taking pictures and I can't walk too fast. They were very kind about that, too.
