Cruise through the Snake River Range and the Gros Ventre Range in a comfortable, secure ride. The Tetons and Snake River views along the way are magnificent, so bring your camera—you may spot a moose wading in a back eddy or an osprey diving in the river beneath the snow-capped Tetons. The 13-Mile Scenic Float is a section that is west of the town of Jackson, nestled between the Grand Teton National Park and the Bridger Teton National Forest. Opportunities to spot an osprey diving in the river for a cutthroat trout are abound with the snow capped Tetons as your backdrop.

The choice was between a float trip and white river rafting. So glad we chose the float trip because of the sights we saw. You can’t drive where we went. Rose was great as a guide and our float friends were very enjoyable.

Prefect from the get go! The tour company’s communication was stellar, they we very organized at the venue and the short bus ride to the river the driver gave a very informative rundown of the areas we drove through.
Then the fun begins. Our guide, Turtle, was top-notch. She was very adept at maneuvering the raft and delightful.
If you are looking for a relaxing, wildlife spotting day on the Snake River I highly recommend this tour.

It was great! Very gentle ride down the Snake River. Our guide, Rose, taught us all about the wildlife, the river, the park. We saw ducks and 10 or so balls eagles. Everyone we encountered was wonderful. Hats off to our excellent bus driver, Alex. I highly recommend this activity!

Please ask for Julian to be your guide. He's so personal, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a beautiful scenic float. It was chilly the day of our tour but we dressed for the weather and had an amazing time.

We had an excellent guide named Lilly. She was very knowledgeable and made the ride enjoyable. The float itself is 2 hours long. The other 1 hour is to allow for travel and loading and unloading the rafts. Excellent service from all employees!

Our entire experience with Dave Hansen's Scenic Float trip was awesome! The people at check-in were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our guide (Tucker) was fantastic. He made the trip much more enjoyable. We were also blessed with amazing weather. I would highly recommend this trip if Dave Hansen is the operator. My only suggestion is there were waivers that we needed to fill out. If Viator could coordinate with the operator to have those available through Viator that would be great.

This is not a white water rafting experience. It is a leisurely (dry) float down a beautiful, wild part of the Snake River with many wildlife viewing opportunities and stunning scenery. I would recommend this trip to people of all ages who enjoy the beauty of nature.

The quality of the trip is highly dependent upon the expertise of the guide - not with respect to the guide's steering expertise, but with respect to the information that the guide provides during the trip. Our guide (Egan) was very good. The trip seems a little long. You are sitting in an awkward position for about 2 1/2 hours - that takes a toll on the lower back.
