Our family had a great personalized experience because Ignacio will only take out small groups at a time. Since we were a group of 4, we were his only group. We did so much more than the large groups with the bigger companies. We didn’t want just a hike, and he gave us much more. We truly had the experience to use all the equipment since that’s what we were looking for (including climbing!). I’m sure if you just wanted to do a hike (but further on the glacier than the larger groups) he would accommodate that as well. Plus he took pictures of us which he then sent us. It was the highlight of our trip.
Only hiccup was because he’s his own company, he didn’t have a dedicated area in the lot as the bigger companies. If you know that ahead of time then it will make finding him/his car easier.
