NO SHOW from anyone at VIATOR. We drove 1 hour for nothing.

NO SHOW. We arrived 10 minutes early at the meeting point, and no one from Viator showed up. We waited over 30 minutes and left multiple messages with no response. On top of that, we had to drive an hour to get to Cypress Mountain. This reservation was booked several days in advance. Beyond annoyed and extremely disappointed.
