Itinerary
Visit Fraser Valley—British Columbia’s wine country—on this guided tour from Vancouver. After a midmorning hotel pickup, travel with your guide to the first winery. En route, hear more about Fraser Valley and the greater Vancouver area.
Arrive at the Fraser Valley town of Langley, where you stop at multiple wineries. Sampling charges apply for a flight of wine but are waived if you purchase wine.
At each winery, a representative provides an overview of its history, specialty products and of course, a sampling.
Following your tour, you are transported back to Vancouver.

Unique wine tasting tour in the Fraser Valley. Easy pick up from downtown Vancouver to several interesting winery options. We loved every single place, and the driver was really knowledgeable about the region and wine places. Highly recommend it!

This intimate tour takes you to two lovely wineries and an amazing meadery! If you haven’t tried mead, honey wine, now is the time. Michael Laurence took great care of us and the charcuterie he prepared was plentiful. I highly recommend!

WOW - such a great tour - our host Michael Lawrence of Lawrence Tours was fantastically amazing. To start out with a ride thru downtown Vancouver that took about an hour and a half due to traffic redirection because of the marathon. Mike provided us with allot of information about Vancouver while keeping an eye on the traffic and contacting the various sights were were to visit information them we would be a little later due to the traffic. We took a great drive out into the country to visit three wineries - Backyard Winery, 7 Township Winery and Festina Lente Estate Winery (Mead Wine). Mike provided us with a great little charcuterie in a bag - crackers, various cheeses, fruit and chocolates. Although they were supposed to be for the third stop to pair with the mead, we ended up having them in the picnic area of the Backyard Winery due to our lateness of getting out of the city - forgot to mention the day of the marathon there were also four cruise ships in port increasing the amount of traffic considerably. Mike was fantastic and took everything in stride and not getting rattled. I also need to mention that we were the only two for his tour that day, so we really got some great one on one time with him as well as a gorgeous and comfortable ride. Very knowledgeable about the towns we went thru, the vineyards and just history in general. We would do it again and select Lawrence Tours to host.

Michael Lawrence was great. We were lucky enough to be the only couple on the tour. Saw four great wineries. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly as were all the people we met at all the wineries. The wines were great too. Highly recommend this tour with this operator, Lawrence Tours.

We were shocked as we’ve done many wine tours. We paid as a couple $245 & had to pay for EVERY wi e tasting. Basically we paid for a car. He-Michael tried the whole time to sell us his fishing -paintings-wood working. The other couples were so upset.

This couple were distruptive from the start to finish, they obviously didnt read the details of the tour which clearly states pick and drop off times, tastings fees and all details of the wine tour. During our conversations they asked me what i do as an artist i didnt try to sell them anything how silly, the other couple were badgered by this lady all day very intrusive.

Michael was a great guide. He knew so much and was very passionate about Vancouver and the surrounding area. We visited four wineries. Three out of the four were very impressive. The second one we really had very little interaction with the host. He had included a nice charcuterie bag for our third stop. However, we were really never given an opportunity to purchase lunch per the tour description. We hadn’t had anything to eat since very early that morning before getting off the cruise ship. We are both dietetics and by the time the tour was over and we were dropped at the airport at 4:30, our blood sugar was very low. Otherwise, the tour was great!

Thanks for the review, i checked all my wine tour ads but could not find a discription that included lunch, we give each guest there own charcuterie bag of three cheeses 4 diferent crackers, mixed unsalted nuts, two chocolates, fruit, cake,and a sparkling water.

Very nice tour of several wineries outside of Vancouver. The scenery is beautiful and the wines were very eclectic. Definitely very different at each stop. Wonderful way to spend a day if you have it to spend in Vancouver.

This was a lovely tour from start to finish. Picked up from our hotel in a lovely air-conditioned vehicle by a well presented driver who was clearly passionate about Vancouver and provided interesting commentary during the drive to the vineyards. The chose vineyards were lovely and all provided a different array of wines and perspectives. The charcuterie platter provided was lovely - thoughtfully chosen to accompany the wines presented - have to say this was a highlight.
The entire day was lovey and nice to experience some of the inland areas of Vancouver.
The only slight negative was having to pay for each tasting (per person) at each winery - while I totally understand having to do son, it did detract from the 'vibe' of the day and potentially could be offered as an 'all inclusive' option. Again, we had a lovely day!

Michael was such a lovely and experienced tour operator! We ended up as a small group of 3, which was a pleasant surprise as it made the trip very intimate and personal. We went on a Thursday which was even better as we avoided the crowds and ended up being the only group of tasters at each of the 4 wineries, giving us lots of time to sip our drinks and chat with the winery hosts. Michael kept us punctual from start to finish and there was never a dull moment on the ride to and from each place, as he shared his vast knowledge of Vancouver, funny jokes, and good tunes. His curated bag of charcuterie treats was also a nice touch with the wines we tasted at the third location. He was also very kind and attentive, ensuring the wine we bought was kept safe and labelled for us. Highly recommend touring with Michael -- he's also got a really nice car!

We had a great trip and met some really nice people as we tried several different wines with our wine connoisseur Michael Lawrence. Michael shared his knowledge of wine and Vancouver with us throughout the trip and we really appreciated his energy and spirit. Our favorite stop was Festina Lente Estate winery where we tasted several varieties of Meade all of which were wonderful and went really well with the cheese and other snacks provided by Michael. It was a really great day!!

The trip covered a good variety of vineyards with some fine wines - and really excellent mead - that were well presented by the vineyard staff. Our guide, Michael, had a wealth of information about the region and contributed a lot to the tour. All in all a most enjoyable day out.
