Walking, eating, drinking and soaking up Gastown history
This tour is well balanced with several stops along the walk — not a lot of distance between establishments — with a variety of food and drink options. The history of each bar/restaurant was explained so that you really got a feel for where Gastown has been and what it is today. Our tour guide, Andrea, was very knowledgeable about the area. She was also respectful of individual needs.
Please be aware that there are stairs in many buildings, but not all.
My husband and I found this tour very enjoyable and highly recommend!

Excellent experience!
This is a great tour!! There were 7 of us and our guide, Bob. I’d booked this months in advance, so I couldn’t really remember anything except that it was a food tour. It was, but it was much more than that! We started at the beautiful Dr. Sun Yat Sen garden and learned about Chinese philosophy and the history of the Chinese people in Vancouver. Next we headed to a small museum. The exhibits came alive as Bob pointed out family members and told anecdotes about people he knew. Or was related to. We also visited the Storytelling center. It’s a lovely and very well organized museum with compelling exhibits. Then the food. We had savory pork and sweet pork at the Chinese barbecue. Yum! Next, we had an Apple bun made famous in Vancouver. Delicious! Next we visited a Chinese medicine shop and sampled some candied ginger. After that, we had dim sum lunch with long life noodles and lots of dumplings. And we finally ended in a tea shop where we saw a demonstration of tea making and sampled some delicious tea. It was outstanding!!! Great way to learn about Vancouver’s Chinese citizens and their history and to sample the great food.

Great Tour
If you have a Great Tour Guide, as we did, be prepared for it to take a little longer than advertised. She was full of information, and a joy to walk with. We even had someone on our tour that had been on the tour several years ago, and was (I felt like interupting her) and she handled it very well. Very well mannered, and did not make the individual fill like she was a burden.

Great day at Capilano swing bridge and more!
Great day at Capilano swing bridge park, Grouse Mountain and Cleveland dam and more! Sean our host was full of information and allowed time for all activities. The coach was comfortable. Will tell anyone coming to Vancouver to do the Landsea tours! Cheers! M & K Taeuber

Fabulous wine tour from downtown Vancouver into Fraser Valley. Tim, our guide and driver was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable of Vancouver and Fraser Valley. We had a terrific time! A great way to spend the day, enjoying wines and learning about all things Canada!

I had a few days free in Vancouver after finishing a conference and thought this would be a great way to check out the food market on Granville Island. I was not disappointed! Great selection of foods, knowledgeable guide, and great discounts! Would absolutely recommend.

Best way to visit the city!!
The best way to visit Vancouver and to get a flavor of the vibe and beauty of the city. Great pace, lots of stops for pictures and great route. We took an ebike, i think it does make things easier at times. Our guide Frank did a great job. Highly recommend this tour!

We felt like we got a...
We felt like we got a bonus city and area history tour along with our wine tour. When Tim found out it was our first visit to the area, he made sure to include lots of interesting facts about Vancouver and the surrounding wine growing regions. He is also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to wine making and was able to answer lots of technical questions from one of our group members. One of our stops even included a bonus sparkling wine, which made a great day even better.

Fun Tour of Three Breweries
We had an excellent tour with about 10 participants on my husband's birthday. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and drove us through Vancouver in a very comfortable, spacious van to three quite different breweries we never would have found on our own. Except for us and two others from Ireland, the rest on our tour were fun, friendly Canadians. It was an excellent way to spend the afternoon and learn about beers we've never tried before.

Wonderful Food with a Great Guide
Our eating experience was enhanced by our tour guide Amir. He provided relevant information about the area of the tour (mainly Gastown), the restaurants and the food. At the end of the tour he also helped people with local transportation - he was professional, friendly and interesting. We savored a variety of food - all delicious. It was hard to choice our favorites. Great group, great food, great guide.

Vibrant Island with a Wonderful Food Tour!
Our group of five joined the Granville Island Food Tour and had such a wonderful experience. Granville Island itself is a vibrant, eclectic spot full of character, and the tour really brought it to life. We started by learning about the island’s history at the iconic Concrete Towers, then wandered through the bustling market, sampling delicious locally sourced foods that highlight Vancouver’s commitment to sustainability.
Every stop had its own unique flair—from fresh lobster rolls at a seafood spot to creative Mexican tacos and flavorful handmade pickles. We even enjoyed a refreshing craft beer at a local brew pub. For a sweet finish, we indulged in some truly amazing donuts and locally made ice cream.
One of the highlights was watching a falcon fly from handler to handler, an unexpected and memorable experience! Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly accommodating, making sure everyone in our group (including those with dietary restrictions) felt included and well taken care of.
We had no trouble walking around the island, even as an older group, and left with full stomachs and lots of great memories. We’d highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore a unique and delicious side of Vancouver!

Yummy Granville!!
Michael, our tour guide, was a delight to spend time with! He told us about the history of Granville Market & since he is a trained chef was able to point out unusual fruits & vegetables when we walked through the fresh food area & talk about how some of the cooked foods were prepared. The tastes were fantastic!! My husband LOVED the soup--I think the focaccia bread & cheese/charcuterie paring was great (but a bit of wine with it would have been nice!!)--BUT we both agreed that the chocolates were amazing!! I think we tasted around 10 different prepared foods--you didn't need dinner. It was great fun & I highly recommend it! I've done Viator tastings in other cities & they are always memorable because you have the chance to interact with a local resident who has great insight into the area.
