Great overall view of Valencia. Our guide was
Enthusiastic and informative. I would have preferred more time to explore the city of arts and sciences. But it highlights what you want to spend more time walking and seeing.

The tour guide never showed. When we reached out to Viator they were no help and said oh we can refund the money. That was not the issue. The issue was we had sat for over an hour waiting for our tour and wasted part of our day. Very frustrating I would never recommend Viator

In this case, we can understand your position because we didn't receive the booking via API, so we didn't know anything about it. We just were aware when you told us that you were waiting for us. I just want to comment that we were closed these past days and we gave you an answer 25 minutes after the starting tour time, it wasn't an hour. So, this review corresponds to the Viator system, it's not for us. Anyway, our apologies for the disappointed situation which you lived on your city visit.

This was an amazing experience and a wonderful way to learn about Valencia. Lucas is a born storyteller and has a wealth of historic and current knowledge about Valencia. He also tailored the trip to match our interests!

Lucas was a great host. He went above and beyond to communicate and explain the historic, as well as the more modern areas of the city. The most memorable event of the tour was when the rain moved in out of nowhere. We were returning from the beach area when we were slammed with a rain storm. Lightning striking all around us, thunder bellowing from the skies, winds howling through the streets and the rain coming in sideways. The streets were flooding. By the time we reached the hotel we were soaked! Great times and memories! Thanks Lucas.

Lucas was spot on time to pick us up, unfortunately he had emailed me the day before to ask where I would like to be picked up which was nice but I had no internet access. The tour was 2 hours and he dropped us off where we wanted, very nice interesting tour.

Lucas was a great host, and we learned a lot about Valencia and about the day to day of living in Spain. A great introduction to the city! It was a huge plus to be able to arrange the location of pick up and drop off. Highly recommend!

good way to see the city quickly but make sure you are prepared for the weather if it is not high summer so bring jumpers and wear trousers as it can be a bit chilly.

Lucas was een hele enthousiaste verteller. Hij gaf ons de tijd om bij bezienswaardigheden uit te stappen. We hebben van de 2 uur durende tour erg genoten. En omdat ik beperkt mobiel was, was deze tuktuk tour ideaal.

Abbiamo prenotato 4 giorni prima dell’ arrivo a valencia 2 tour da4 persone alla stessa ora , con guida in italiano .
Dodici ore prima del tour arriva un e-mail in cui ci comunica che il 1 tour è stato annullato . Subito chiamo Viator e mi dicono che il Tuk Tuk eta lo stesso e quindi non poteva fare il tour a due gruppi nella stessa ora . Non riescono a risolvere il problema e Viator si lava le mani e mi mette in contatto con la guida che parlava in italiano , però arriva il mezzo Tuk Tuk con guidatore in lingua inglese o spagnolo . ( altra fregatura ). Non ve lo consiglio per niente.

Lamento mucho que esta serie de malentendidos haya estropeado su experiencia en Valencia.
Me gustaría que revisara los mensajes de la plataforma, dónde puede observar que fue contactada al día siguiente de reservar, notificando que se habían solapado las reservas Y no había posibilidad de realizar el tour para 8 personas.
Al no haber respuesta, tuve que cancelar una de las dos reservas.
Respecto al idioma, nosotros ofrecemos tours en inglés y español, además que nuestra actividad es panorámica, en ningún momento ofrecemos guías oficiales. Adaptamos la reserva a última hora para acomodar a los dos grupos y a última hora cambiaron de idea.
Entiendo su malestar pero por un fallo comunicativo por las 3 partes implicadas, me rompe el corazón ver una review tan negativa para una pequeña y humilde organización como la nuestra.
Intentaremos mejorar y revisar la información que ofrecemos en Viator para evitar confusión en el futuro.
