Overview

Held outside Ulgii in early fall, the Golden Eagle Festival celebrates the Kazakh and Kyrgyz people’s traditions as around 500 hunters meet to show their majestic birds. It’s popular with photographers and, with limited accommodation, it’s best to work with a local expert.
