When looking for transportation from Chinggis Khaan International Airport, I came upon UB Shuttle service. Traveling solo, I wanted to ensure I had a safe and reliable way to get to Ulaanbaatar. When my flight was delayed to the next day, the UB Shuttle team quickly and easily changed my booking. They made the end to a long travels so simple and easy as I found Shinebayer with his clear sign and was in the car en route in less than five minutes. Will definitely recommend booking!

This company is very professional. Before our arrival to Mongolia, they WhatsApped me informing me Bayaraa will be our driver and will be waiting. Sure enough, Bayaraa was waiting with a sign with my name right in the arrival hall. Bayaraa spoke good English, and he was very courteous and professional. He made us feel wonderful that we also booked next trip to the airport with this company. I highly recommend this company without a reservation.

I waited at the airport for 30 minutes looking for my name, but no one was there to pick me up. Eventually, I had to take another bus to continue my journey. Later, I received a call from a customer service agent who blamed me for not finding the driver and abruptly ended the call. They claimed that my name was shown on the airport CCTV, but when I asked for a photo as proof, they ignored my request. They also refused to issue a refund. Do not use VIATOR. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

Unfortunately, once a passenger chooses another transport — there is no way for us to stop it as it's already on highway. Our 24/7 team was also available on WhatsApp for chat during this time, as noted in your confirmation details, and would’ve been glad to help in real-time if reached. While we understand your frustration, a 1-star rating may feel disheartening to the team — especially when the driver fulfilled all duties as instructed and patiently waited the full duration. Refunds in such cases are not possible, as the service was fully dispatched and executed on our end. The service itself...

The service itself (pick-up and driving) was excellent. Unfortunately, you apparently can't select a pick-up time when booking the shuttle, although this is pretty much the most important thing when booking a taxi. It can then take up to several hours until your pick-up time gets confirmed via e-mail which I found annoying. In my case I had to actively ask twice for a confirmation of the pick-up time. I would suggest letting the customer select a pick-up time and then confirm it directly in the confirmation e-mail. Everything else is an unnecessary hassle. As mentioned already, the service itself was excellent!

The team communicated with us before the pickup, to confirm the details and to suggest we message them after we picked up our bags. We met the driver but were unable to communicate with him, but everything worked out fine. Traffic is horrible in downtown Ulaanbaatar- we were shocked. But the driver was able to navigate with ease and get us to our destination. The car was not the most modern but was roomy and took all our baggage. Money well spent for not having to think about logistics and getting us safely to the hotel.

Reliable and safe. On the negative, the driver could not find the hotel, so I had yo help him with Google maps. On the positive: there was some mix-up with my hotel and ckeck in took time, but he waited until he was sure I get a room. Price is not much higher than I could get on the local taxi app.
