Delayed getting through airport - waiting on baggage then long slow customs check of arrival QR code (the only stage not automated) but driver updated by WhatsApp waited and provided photos of where to meet. For clarity would have been easier to say at Car Park Exit as we initually went to other public Exit. Fast but safe drive to hotel with friendly english speaking driver.

My driver Aris was amazing. My flight was delayed and he still waited. The 2 hour drive to my hotel was filled with humor and history. I learned so much about the Balinese culture and history from Aris. Although he was probably in his 20s his hospitality and wisdom are way beyond his years. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe with him Highly recommend you ask for Aris for a driver :)

There were traffic jams due to flooding which meant it was really difficult for cars to pass the main road to the hotel. We we in a massive panic as we had to get to the airport.
The owner sent his brother who lived close by as our driver was not able to get to us. We were so grateful as we were worried we would miss our flight

Driver was late and went to the wrong location. Even after being being given directions AND having my live location, he still failed to show up. I had to make other arrangements in order to make my flight on time.

Had many, many last minute changes in arrival times due to Dallas airport closure, being extremely tired and stressed with entry requirements for Bali—it was refreshing to see my transportation person to the hotel with his sign—didn’t have to wait!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Viator for my airport ride in Bali. The driver, Iam, communicated with me before the ride and was right on time, holding a sign with my name as we exited customs. He assisted with all our bags and drove us safely to our destination.
What stood out the most was his kindness, which truly calmed us after a long international flight to a new country. Meeting such a warm and welcoming person first made us feel at home and set a positive tone for our entire trip. It was a wonderful introduction to the beautiful people of Bali!
