After multiple emails confirming, time, location pu at ship port… snd me asking multiple people at tour area.. walking back and forth from several locations where the tour host was supposed to be. Our tour guide never picked us up. Missed the entire of Tangier.

That said, we’d like to clarify a few important points. The exact meeting time and pickup location inside the port were clearly confirmed in multiple emails prior to your arrival. We also remained at the designated meeting point for a reasonable period before starting the tour, as we have to respect the schedule for the rest of the group.
Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you on the phone number provided, as it was not available on WhatsApp, which is typically the most reliable way for us to share live locations and assist guests in real time.
We always do our best to accommodate every guest, and we regret that this miscommunication resulted in you missing the experience.

Confirm your start time, we all got an email that said to meet inside the terminal at 9. Turns out you met where the bushes and shuttles are before the terminal, there was a misunderstanding with the type operator they told them 10. So after a bumpy start, the tour was great. Hamid is very knowledgeable about his city, very accommodating, and shares his knowledge. Overall a great tour. Recommend taking water with you. It can be warm walking around, but not uncomfortable.

Fascinating tour to places that we would not have found by ourselves . Very good English and great knowledge of the history and mixed cultures that make up modern Morocco

Notre guide était très sympa. Elle nous a fait goûter des pâtisseries pendant notre visite.
Petit bémol, pas suffisamment d'explications sur la ville de Tanger
Nous n'avons pas fait l'église la synagogue et le musée américain qui étaient prévu normalement au programme. Pensez donc à avoir le programme de la visite sur vous.
Le rapport qualité prix reste très intéressant
