Lovely tour, but shops really try to sell you things

We had a wonderful tour around the souks of Tangier. Hamza, our tour guide, was very kind and showed us around several beautiful spots and shops. We traveled with some older family members (60+) and a baby (in a stroller). There was quite a bit of stairs in the beginning, not ideal for a baby or older people, but Hamza let us take breaks and even offered to assist us with stroller. The lunch spot he took us to was delicious and we all really enjoyed it. The shops on the other hand, seemed like they really just wanted us to buy things. The different stops sold scarves, antiques/rugs, and spices. The spice shop workers were quite rude and seemed very upset that we did not buy anything. Last part I wanted to mention was that the tour said there was an air condition van that was included, however we never saw one.

Rudeness and false advertising

Waiting for a refund. The guide never showed up. Try to call the compagnie serval times. They finally called my back. I was asking for french speaking tour, and they were barly speaking French, they even ask me to talk to them in English. To top it, they were rude and hung up. Now I'm waiting for Viator to refund me because the service was never provid.
