It was an amazing tour. Balil is very personable and gives you an experience only a local can provide. He shared history, local sights and recommendations that were perfect if you want to immerse yourself in an authentic Moroccan experience.

Bilal was our host for a wonderful tour of Tangier. He contacted us in advance to see if we had specific requests for the tour. He met us as we got off the cruise ship and we were in great hands all day. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about his home town, culture, and history, Bilal took some amazing photos for us. If you’re lucky enough to get the opportunity, spend a day in Tangier with Bilal!!

Advertized as all inclusive, lunch was not included, very vendor intensive pressure to purchase. Original excursion was booked and paid for then they cancelled on us snd told me to rebook with a personal guide which we couldnt and it cost more money. Did enjoy the camel ride tho

Hello patty! First of all,I wanted tonthank you for sharing your opinion with us. But I'm the one Disappointed with you now,cause I don't know why you say that.... You know very well that the lunch is not included.and you have in your voucher that said the Lunch is NOT Included....so why you say that??? Beside all of this,you asked me to arrange ge a Restaurant for you.and I did.even the city was very crowded due to the cruise ship.but even though I reserved a nice place just for you,and at the end you said that you don't want the lunch....even the reservation was made. And regarding to the Original excurcion you say,I don't really understand what you mean with it???? Cause you booked only once wit me,and the tour never was canceled. And we can prove it through viator. So I don't know from who you've booked and got canceled. At least not with me. So I don't know why you're saying all of this things that has no sense.

We were unable to book a Tangier city tour with our cruise ship so we booked Bilal’s tour on our own which offered the same itinerary but with his personal touch. Bilal reached out ahead of the tour to ask if we had any specific requests but we were more than satisfied with the highlight tour of Tangier. And our two favorite highlights were the camel ride on the beach that Bilal was able to coordinate for us even though it was not included in the original tour (read his itinerary so you know what to expect), and our lunch experience. The restaurant he chose for us was busy with other tour groups so Bilal pitched in and helped the staff bring a pre-selection of typical Moroccan dishes to our table. We were sitting on the second floor of the restaurant on a hot day so it was obvious he was working very hard to make sure we enjoyed our meal before the second part of the tour. My kids loved the lively interactions in Arabic between the staff and Bilal as it seemed at times like we were in the middle of an Indiana Jones movie! It was obvious that Bilal loves Tangier and wanted us to show it off and share some of his own experiences of living there. While the cruise ship tours visited the same highlights (again, read the itinerary so you know what to expect), those cruise tours didn’t have Bilal as a tour guide so lucky us for finding him. And he mentioned that his wife also offers Moroccan cooking classes in their home so clearly they love showing the best of their country. And after our 2-week family trip visiting 6 cities and three countries, we surveyed our kids and unanimously they agreed that their favorite stop was Tangier, Morocco which says a lot about the experience Bilal provided to us. Highly recommend!

It was not what we expected. So many hidden cost after we already purchased. Felt like the whole thing was a scam. It wasn’t private as we were with everyone. We had only 13 people but every stop had every bus from the cruise.

Conserning the Hidden cost you said.can you please tell.me which hidden cost do you mean???you didn't paid anything.I have paid everything was mentioned in the itinerary like the Cave, Camel ride...etc Honestly I'm surprised that you're saying that were hidden cost???? Regarding the 13 people,you already knew it and you've agreed with.as you've booked in late,I informed you that there will be more people joining us,and you said it okay and you still wanted to join us on the tour.so I don't understand what you same surprised with. Regarding the stops you said that in every stop there was a bus from the cruise.... Honestly I don't understand what you mean with this???? The city it for everyone and not only for us. The buses from the cruise they were having their tours and their stops....what we/I can do??? Honestly I don't know why you're saying all of these things that doesn't make since....since after the tour you were glad and you said that you really enjoyed the tour and experience. And please let me know which hidden cost have you paid during the tour?and why you say that is a scam??? Cause this is not fair to try to ruin my reputation when the only thing that I made is to give you an unforgettable experience discovering the city.

Dies war einer der besten Ausflüge bei Kreuzfahrten, die ich je gemacht habe. Nach Rücksprache war er leicht modifiziert und es kam noch der Besuch von Assilah dazu. Die Tour war auf englisch. Bilal war einer der besten Guides, die ich auf Ausflügen hatte. Er wusste ernorm viel, hat uns alles gezeigt und war die ganze Tour über präsent. Ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen. This was one of the best cruise excursions I have ever taken. After consultation, it was slightly modified and Assilah's visit was added. The tour was in English. Bilal was one of the best guides I have had on trips. He knew a lot, showed us everything and was present throughout the tour. I can unreservedly recommend him.
