Very bad riad accommodations from Morocco Tours Services.

Our trip was disappointing because the riad accommodations selected by the Viator supplier, "Morocco Tours Services," did not match the price package we paid for. Instead, we were placed in very low-cost riads throughout the 5-day Morocco tour, which was clearly inconsistent with the tour package we had paid for. I will never use Viator or Morocco Tours Services again. I strongly recommend that future travelers avoid Morocco Tours Services, as they misrepresent vacation packages and pocket the money.

Had you mentioned your concerns earlier, we would have been more than happy to offer you an immediate upgrade to luxury accommodations (subject to the applicable price difference). Resolution & Refund: Despite the lack of feedback during the trip, we acted in good faith. After your return, we collaborated with Viator to issue a 20% refund as a gesture of goodwill to ensure your satisfaction. We are disappointed that, despite receiving a significant refund for a service that was fully rendered as described, you feel this way.
